    She’s right. I’m from Jamaica and when I listen to the slower dancehall songs and whine, it’s releases something really good and sensual within me. You can do this in your room, and just don’t have any judgement of yourself.

    you and lisa marie are helping me in this new chapter of this year 33. At 29 my spirit and experiences started to resurface in ways that I started to intentionally searching myself in ways that I started hearing God while I'm discerning my environments and thoughts. By 31 everything I thought was real was surface fantasy. 33 I realized I've been functioning in survival mode on every level since I was 14.

    I NEVER comment on TH-cam videos… but this content right here👌🏾… As a high power woman working in a male dominated field, topped with being the eldest daughter in a family full of guys, being in masculine energy is/ was a necessity ! You touched on a lot of points in this video… a lot of us are tired and ready to hone in on our feminine energy bc it’s natural and that’s where our peace lies. Thank you for giving us these tips. Keep up with the content! It’s amazing ❤

    I don't mind dancing. My issue is the sexual male gaze and verbiage while I'm dancing. I find myself lowering my sensual movements to prevent this as it feels uncomfortable. By those men that I don't want their attention. Thx for these vids.

      Same it makes me so uncomfortable, I’m a SA survivor and sometimes the male gaze even scares me. But I’m currently trying to gain my confidence and power back.

      So sorry to hear this ladies. I think what’s helpful is changing your perspective. Trust that you are always safe and free to be your authentic self everywhere you go. Trust that men are only there to protect you and adore your beauty respectfully. This mind shift is powerful as our thoughts create your reality this will become your reality. An effective way to change your thoughts is through meditation, not only will your thoughts change but your nervous system will become regulated and you’ll no longer live in survival mode. Meditation will magically change your life

    Me, a gay man, fully relating to the experiences of women in tantra and polarity energetics far more than the men.
    Do you know any content creators who aim their polarity content at men who are more feminine at their core (masculine shell for protection and all, not a feminine shell to protect themselves)
    I can’t find any 😅

    I started pole dancing. It was a disaster. I was the only beginner. So I felt like a failure in every class. My body wanted to do the moves, but my brain said:" You can not get your leg that high! You will never be as good as them." So one evening while I had to practice to do a handstand for 45 minutes and the teacher did not even bother, I just burst into tears. I felt so defeated. I wanted to try and master the art at 53. I apologized and never went back. I would love to try again, but I will only do it on my own with videos.

    • @caprivanaa
      @caprivanaa  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@theskinnibzz6065 I’m sorry to hear that was your experience! Every beginner class isn’t always created equally. From my experience, a lot of times instructors will go based on the level of skill of the overall class. I wouldn’t give up. Try a floorwork class, something that doesn’t involve the pole, that might help xo
