Why none of the Stormtroopers are wearing cortosis armor is puzzling. One might point out that cortosis is a rare mineral. If you want to know how EVERY SIN IN THE VIDEO is explained, then read on. just so you know, the sin number in the comment won't match up with the video after awhile because the sins in the video are miscounted. To follow the comment, watch the sin in the video, then read this in the comment section. afterward move on to the next section. Sin 1: Well ya...He's a sith lord. It's pretty obvious that this was a joke so I'm not gonna say much else on this. Sin 2: The Jedi was disguising himself in the force. He was attempting to make it so that Vader couldn't sense he was a jedi. Sin 3: Cut scene button mashing was actually puller when this game came out which is why you smash press X. Sin 4: the game was paused in the time that this happens. That's why no one moves during that time. Sin 5: okay that's kind of funny. Vader HATES jedi. he wanted to make the jedi's death longer. Sin 6: A force wielder has to concentrate on not allowing the force from being used on them. Sin 7: Galen Marek was able to take the light saber because Vader didn't think anyone would be able to use the force. Sin 8: Read my previous Sin explanation for a reason. Sin 9: your arm being cut off would happen in most dubbings anyway. Pretty sure this was meant as a joke though so I wont explain this to death. Not everyone wears lightsaber proof metal because it's arguably the rarest metal in the star wars universe and is expansive as shit. Sin 14: Ya Juno Does...she is extremely qualified. she doesn't exactly need protective gear. sin 15: this isn't confirmed to my knowledge, however, i'd guess that they only have 3D models for high ranking officers. Sin 16: Only in some of the cutscenes...wait...I have no excuse for that... Sin 17: Vader was kind of a dick to starkiller. Starkiller was basically a sociopath at the beginning of this game. So ya...he would be a dick just like those directors that tell their actors to eat apples. Sin 18: This was really important. Kota wouldn't let some one forget the plan and fuckeverything up. Sin 19: The empire had always thought that their security could stop him. Vader realized that wasn't true and sent starkiller to kill him. The Empire knew about him before this, they just didn't care about him. sin 20: Kota thought he was 100 percent sure he could beat him. Sin 21: It was a taunt. Kota just said that cause it sounds cool. Sin 22: Why does it matter how Starkiller tried to kill him? If this game was realistic then Kota would have died from that fall. Sin 23: Vader knew starkiller would survive. He just said that to "stay in charecter" Sin 24: It's metal that kazdan paratis is controlling through the force. At the beginning of that level, Juno even tells you that. Sin 25: Kazdan is insane. Don't think he'd be very good at welll...much of anything anymore. Sin 26: He was finishing starkillers training by having him kill Jedi, not to mention that he was probably one of the strongest Jedi they knew the wereabouts of at the time. Sin 27: He thought he was doing good by protecting the junk temple...so ya. Sin 28: If you want a good mentor, you probably shouldn't have your mentor be a sith lord. just saying. Sin 29: Proxy doesn't faint, he falls. He falls because Proxy isn't conscious while he imitates someone. This is still because of bad programming, but you were wrong on what he did. so HA. Sin 30: I don't see how this is funny or a sin. Sin 31: ya...she does...why is that a sin? Sin 32: part of the lightsaber hilt was stuck in the skull. For anyone that's played the game: Shaak Ti's apprentice... I mean come on, did that girl's character not just scream "dark side" when you first encountered her? She's extremely short tempered and impatient with her master, and she just looks like Darth Maul's distant cousin. Pretty easy to see that one coming, haha!
TallMist I was thinking the same thing. I understand if you don't like the prequel trilogy, but Darth Maul is widely (and appropiately) considered one of the best things to come out of those movies.
Actually a lot of this games probably going to be canon the new tv series being worked on has talks of Starkiller as a character it'd be canon between episode 3 and 4. A bounty hunter would be the main character look it up its live action!
ZarosianCabbage It did for centuries. See the Sith Empire a millennium before Episode I (though it isn't canon now). On top of that, Starkiller isn't a Sith. He's being trained for the roll of Sith Apprentice when the Emperor is killed. During the game, he's only a Dark Jedi by definition (like Asajj Ventress, Tol Skorr, Quinlan Vos, etc).

Sin #12 Mandolorian Iron and Cortosis weave are both resistant to lightsabers but they are very rare and expensive materials to come across and by this point lightsaber encounters were very rare. As for sin #9 well Sidious had plans for Galen the whole time since he learned of him through Vader. He was a means to an end as was said towards the end of the game....remember? lol Sin #24 How do you know it wasnt a test by Vader to see how well Galen's abilities have developed? #25 we did go over the fact he was insane, yes? #26 He is trying to make sure Galen isn't getting a big head and furthermore he is trying to CONTROL him. #31 He's not a jedi sooooo. :P #32 it's obvious they were still not strong enough. #41 again it's all an act. Most of the sins are wrongfully given. If the scriptwriter were to know anything about the story of the force unleashed and Star Wars in general there would be a lot less sins.

This is the first video I've seen from you guys and I am a bit disapointed. The story-sins are good for starters, but no sins gameplay-wise or for odd things in the levels or bugs, provocable or not? It's been some time since I played the game but I can remember 2D-Sprites fighting on the beach in the first level and that badly choreographed, stormtroopers who hit something for once, people attacking you with metal-claws while you are wielding a lightsaber, the 3 engines on the trash-planet which just happen to fly into the exact same spot on a wall you somehow can't cut through, javas trying to fight a sith with a lightsaber using blowtorches, the fact that there are jedi-artifacts lying around in an imperial spacestation in view of everyone, "QTE-to-finish-off-boss"-clichè and many, many others. If you're trying to be nitpicky, be REALLY nitpicky on every aspect of the game.
Your Mistake that you made is the timeline in which this video game takes place. It takes place between episodes III and IV. Technically they are saying that starkiller brought together the rebel alliance. Not after episode V.

GamingSins well in just the first minute, you say its a sin to play with the jedi like hes playing with his food. That a pretty retarded thing to say since in the next cutscene darth vader says he could sense someone stronger around. Wouldnt it have been a sin to kill the guy rather then torture the guy by throwing him around so he can I dont know....... get information out of him like he did in the next cutscene. You actually made a unnecessary sin by saying darth vader should have just chrushed the guys windpipe even though Vader clearly knows there might be another stonger jedi hiding around the area thus torturing the jedi until the other jedi comes out of hiding. How is it even a sin that the kid took darth Vaders lightsaber. From the way I see it, it was a test to see if that kid truely had any potential and his abilty to use the force pretty much proved that. Thus vader taking the kid. It would of been the a sin if vader took the kid without the kid even showing any promise. This is just 1 minute into the video, if I had to go on, I would end up rewriting the bible with all these false sins. No bodys got time for that.

2:30 it's called coretosis and it is a extremely expensive, rare mineral/metal, it resists heat weapons plasma drills and most forms of fire and energy, one of the only ways to mine it is with jack hammers and pickaxes and the dust is toxic and shuts down most circuitry so droids can't mine it and it can't be mined by automated drills and such, so slave labor is used to mine a lot of it. It is most often used to make better star ship armor by adding it to durasteel, it's also used to make mandalorian Iron which is what Mandalorians make their armor out of, which is capable of taking several direct hits with a blaster, or a rocket. Also in the few instances were full cortosis suits of armor are made it makes the wearer very hard to kill with a light saber, I know.
Trace P. Yes. The point of these videos is to frustrate watchers by exactly how stupid the commentator is being. There are /maybe/ 10 valid sins in this video (like almost all of them). The rest of them would be eliminated if the commentator bothered to research or be less.... annoying.
He did not easily defeat Darth Vader, and it took quite a while for him to put down a Star Destroyer. A hastily-constructed Star Destroyer that barely made it out of the factory before it was destroyed.
Hey, GamingSins. Maybe since you know the nuances of the problems with games, you should make one on your own. You know, write the story, act the parts, do voice overs, program the game world and AI... then you'd have a licence to find such petty things wrong with games. at 2:15, this game is set between the prequels and original trilogy, and the Apprentice is killed off before Episode 5. That means the Emperor would no longer sense the Apprentice. Also, an extra sin that you missed: the Jedi on Felucia (I can't remember her name) was killed in Episode III, in a deleted scene. That's _before_ this game took place.

Alan Lightner this game and it's sequel game were Canon till Disney made them not canon,it was better when Canon however, cause, for example, it gave a direct explanation to how and why the rebel alliance was created.
@2:30 There is a metal lightsabers cant pierce, its called Cortosis and yes they do make armour (and swords) out of it. But it is rare and difficult to work with, hence its uncommon-ness.

If you want to know how EVERY SIN IN THE VIDEO is explained, then read on. just so you know, the sin number in the comment won't match up with the video after awhile because the sins in the video are miscounted. To follow the comment, watch the sin in the video, then read this in the comment section. afterward move on to the next section.
Sin 1: Well ya...He's a sith lord. It's pretty obvious that this was a joke so I'm not gonna say much else on this. Sin 2: The Jedi was disguising himself in the force. He was attempting to make it so that Vader couldn't sense he was a jedi. Sin 3: Cut scene button mashing was actually puller when this game came out which is why you smash press X. Sin 4: the game was paused in the time that this happens. That's why no one moves during that time. Sin 5: okay that's kind of funny. Vader HATES jedi. he wanted to make the jedi's death longer. Sin 6: A force wielder has to concentrate on not allowing the force from being used on them. Sin 7: Galen Marek was able to take the light saber because Vader didn't think anyone would be able to use the force. Sin 8: Read my previous Sin explanation for a reason. Sin 9: your arm being cut off would happen in most dubbings anyway. Pretty sure this was meant as a joke though so I wont explain this to death. Sin 10: The Dubbing ceremony was vader acknowledging that star killer was his apprentice , not that starkiller was a sith lord. Sin 11: The Emperor and Vader were just using him to find their enemies. The Emperor knew about starkiller. Everything that happened was orchestrated by them...did you not watch any of the cutscenes? Sin 12: at 2:15 you are at 10 sins but it says 9. sin 13: it is either made of a metal that lightsabers can't pierce or more simply, proxy has a shield around him. Not everyone wears lightsaber proof metal because it's arguably the rarest metal in the star wars universe and is expansive as shit. Sin 14: Ya Juno Does...she is extremely qualified. she doesn't exactly need protective gear. sin 15: this isn't confirmed to my knowledge, however, i'd guess that they only have 3D models for high ranking officers. Sin 16: Only in some of the cutscenes...wait...I have no excuse for that... Sin 17: Vader was kind of a dick to starkiller. Starkiller was basically a sociopath at the beginning of this game. So ya...he would be a dick just like those directors that tell their actors to eat apples. Sin 18: This was really important. Kota wouldn't let some one forget the plan and fuckeverything up. Sin 19: The empire had always thought that their security could stop him. Vader realized that wasn't true and sent starkiller to kill him. The Empire knew about him before this, they just didn't care about him. sin 20: Kota thought he was 100 percent sure he could beat him. Sin 21: It was a taunt. Kota just said that cause it sounds cool. Sin 22: Why does it matter how Starkiller tried to kill him? If this game was realistic then Kota would have died from that fall. Sin 23: Vader knew starkiller would survive. He just said that to "stay in charecter" Sin 24: It's metal that kazdan paratis is controlling through the force. At the beginning of that level, Juno even tells you that. Sin 25: Kazdan is insane. Don't think he'd be very good at welll...much of anything anymore. Sin 26: He was finishing starkillers training by having him kill Jedi, not to mention that he was probably one of the strongest Jedi they knew the wereabouts of at the time. Sin 27: He thought he was doing good by protecting the junk temple...so ya. Sin 28: If you want a good mentor, you probably shouldn't have your mentor be a sith lord. just saying. Sin 29: Proxy doesn't faint, he falls. He falls because Proxy isn't conscious while he imitates someone. This is still because of bad programming, but you were wrong on what he did. so HA. Sin 30: I don't see how this is funny or a sin. Sin 31: ya...she does...why is that a sin? Sin 32: part of the lightsaber hilt was stuck in the skull. That's why it wouldn't slide down the side. sin 33: So no matter what you do you should never turn your back on a jedi? your logic is flad but hey, good joke. sin 33: they wouldn't strike because that was never the plan! Sin #12 Mandolorian Iron and Cortosis weave are both resistant to lightsabers but they are very rare and expensive materials to come across and by this point lightsaber encounters were very rare. As for sin #9 well Sidious had plans for Galen the whole time since he learned of him through Vader. He was a means to an end as was said towards the end of the game....remember? lol Sin #24 How do you know it wasnt a test by Vader to see how well Galen's abilities have developed? #25 we did go over the fact he was insane, yes? #26 He is trying to make sure Galen isn't getting a big head and furthermore he is trying to CONTROL him. #31 He's not a jedi sooooo. :P #32 it's obvious they were still not strong enough. #41 again it's all an act. Sidious was well aware of what was going on. #47 a possible attempt at intimidation?

Most of the sins are wrongfully given. If the scriptwriter were to know anything about the story of the force unleashed and Star Wars in general there would be a lot less sins.

This is the first video I've seen from you guys and I am a bit disapointed. The story-sins are good for starters, but no sins gameplay-wise or for odd things in the levels or bugs, provocable or not? It's been some time since I played the game but I can remember 2D-Sprites fighting on the beach in the first level and that badly choreographed, stormtroopers who hit something for once, people attacking you with metal-claws while you are wielding a lightsaber, the 3 engines on the trash-planet which just happen to fly into the exact same spot on a wall you somehow can't cut through, javas trying to fight a sith with a lightsaber using blowtorches, the fact that there are jedi-artifacts lying around in an imperial spacestation in view of everyone, "QTE-to-finish-off-boss"-clichè and many, many others. If you're trying to be nitpicky, be REALLY nitpicky on every aspect of the game.

Your Mistake that you made is the timeline in which this video game takes place. It takes place between episodes III and IV. Technically they are saying that starkiller brought together the rebel alliance. Not after episode V.

Wouldnt it have been a sin to kill the guy rather then torture the guy by throwing him around so he can I dont know....... get information out of him like he did in the next cutscene.
You actually made a unnecessary sin by saying darth vader should have just chrushed the guys windpipe even though Vader clearly knows there might be another stonger jedi hiding around the area thus torturing the jedi until the other jedi comes out of hiding.
How is it even a sin that the kid took darth Vaders lightsaber. From the way I see it, it was a test to see if that kid truely had any potential and his abilty to use the force pretty much proved that. Thus vader taking the kid. It would of been the a sin if vader took the kid without the kid even showing any promise.
This is just 1 minute into the video, if I had to go on, I would end up rewriting the bible with all these false sins. No bodys got time for that.

It is most often used to make better star ship armor by adding it to durasteel, it's also used to make mandalorian Iron which is what Mandalorians make their armor out of, which is capable of taking several direct hits with a blaster, or a rocket. Also in the few instances were full cortosis suits of armor are made it makes the wearer very hard to kill with a light saber, I know.

Also, an extra sin that you missed: the Jedi on Felucia (I can't remember her name) was killed in Episode III, in a deleted scene. That's _before_ this game took place.

There is a metal lightsabers cant pierce, its called Cortosis and yes they do make armour (and swords) out of it. But it is rare and difficult to work with, hence its uncommon-ness.
