I hope this new movie is the first of a new trilogy and we eventually get a post apocalyptic Jurassic world movie in the 8th or 9th movie in the franchise.
The one crucial aspect that has a lot of us apprehensive is the short amount of time, with the release date being a tentative July 2025, meaning barely 16 months, which is ridiculously short at face value for a contemporary Hollywood blockbuster. But at the same time, we know that what matters is not the amount of time given, but how to use it. With a tight script that won't get extensive modifications, a smaller scale and therefore possibly less different filming locations AND hopefully less extensive CGI (post-prod being the most time consuming part for that kind of film), it's feasible. Hiring Edwards makes even more sense in that regard, as he showed skills in filming CGI-heavy movies on a tight schedule with moderate budget extensions. So what I hope for Jurassic 7 as I'll call it from now on, is something tight and focused. A small movie that knows where it's going will always be better than a big unfocused mess.
There's a B-movie called Jurassic City so hopefully it won't be called that. If the film does end up being a prequel (hopefully not), the title in my opinion should be Jurassic Genesis or Jurassic Park: Genesis or Jurassic World: Genesis. Could be a nod to Operation Genesis too. 😊😊
Because its filmed in Hawaii, i cant help but think of a large ingen working village, of course thats not a CITY. But what other jungle setting would there be simliar to the first 3 movies. Sure maybe a whole new island with a small city maybe
Love your updates. It's come full circle back to the days of checking Dan's JP3 Page for sequel news, now you guys are my favourite source. Keep up the great work :)
I would like the story to be told of how Site-B was made and what the evacuation was like. I would also like what happened in Site-B after "The Lost World" and before "Jurassic Park 3", it means how the Raptors with protofeathers, the Spinosaurus, among others, appeared. The skulls in the Pteranodon nest. Maybe you could tell all that with flashback or similar. Creativity of the scriptwriters and director.
Great video!! 👍 yes, i think „Jurassic Park: Extinction“ or something like this would be really cool. Like JP: the lost world. Just to name it Jurassic Park again and a subtitle specific to the movie.
6:03 Clancy Brown as Jack "Doc" Thorne I think would be cool. As my ideal story would be Jurassic park 4 taking place after 3rd one with the original trio heading to a south America to deal with reports of dinosaur sightings or maybe something like the primeval show set after the events of Fallen kingdom. Following a group of researchers and solders trying maintain and deal with out of control dinosaurs. In any case, I hopeful that this movie really feels like Jurassic Park again.
I'm only interested in prequels, I don't want to see anything based on Jurassic World. A movie that shows the events before The Lost World with Hurricane Clarissa would have potential. Or a biosynth mission on Isla Nublar to find the shaving cream can.
After Jurassic World Dominion, I would totally agree for other films taking place between JP3 and JW, The Lost World and JP3, between JW and Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom and even after, some of which stories could be inspired by comics like "Jurassic Park Dangerous Game", video games: "Jurassic Park Trespasser", canceled ones : "Jurassic Park Survival" from 2001, deleted scenes: T-rex Buck from "The Lost World Jurassic Park" poking his head through Benjamin's bedroom window and scaring his family, how the baby t-rex's leg was broken, what attacked the "Dino-Soar" boat in the mist at the beginning of Jurassic Park 3 (Spinosaurus, ...?), how Ben Hildebrand died, how Eric Kirby survived during 8 weeks on Isla Sorna from landing on the tree with Ben to meeting Alan Grant, how Eric got the urine of T-Rex, the T-Rex chasing bad guys by swimming in the river like in the original Jurassic Park novel; which is the origin of the other scars located on Rexy's right side (since Jurassic World) since she was not injured on this side at the end of Jurassic Park except for the neck and lower jaw, this which means she got them after her final fight against the 2 velociraptors in Jurassic Park and before the events of Jurassic World. -I would really like there to be in these series: Deinonychus, Utahraptor, Tarbosaurus, Deinosuchus, Ornithocheirus with a wingspan of 12 meters, Junior the young T-rex from The Lost World Jurassic Park, but above all no dying tyrannosaurs, nor killed; -The return of Allan Grant (Sam Neill), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), Ian Malcom (Jeff Goldblum), Barry Sembène (Omar Sy), Sarah Harding (Julianne Moore), Kelly Malcom (Vanessa Lee Chester), Nick Van Owen (Vince Vaughn), and Billy Brennan (Alessandro Nivola); -this music: “Journey to the island”, theme "The Lost World Jurassic Park", Jurassic Park 3 "A Walk in the Park" and "The Dinosaur Fly-By", Jurassic Park III Dino Defender Soundtrack Velociraptors Theme, Jurassic Park Dinosaur Battles Scan Command Soundtrack Credits Theme, Jurassic Park Dinosaur Battles/Scan Command Soundtrack Zone 1, as well as this music "Big Hat, No Cattle" by Randy Newman. -extended scenes like T-rex Buck terrorizing and chasing people, also wreaking destruction in San Diego until he senses his offspring; -unreleased scenes like the Tyrannosaurus Buck waking up and killing the crew of the ship S.S. Venture until it arrives at San Diego Harbor. -T-Rex fighting and defeating the Spinosaurus in the middle of many terrified people fleeing the fight full of crashes and destruction (falling trees and/or destruction of buildings) (accompanied by this deleted music from Jurassic Park 3 "Clash Of Extinction" ). And after defeating the Spinosaurus, the T-Rex roared victoriously as many people looked on. -Blue meeting Alan Grant where the latter, at first distrusts her but later learns to trust her and ends up teaming up with Blue and Barry Sembène for a dangerous mission. Alan Grant would also use his "resonance chamber of a velociraptor" (seen in Jurassic Park III) to communicate with Blue and also call him and perhaps other velociraptors when he is threatened by a predator and villains. -a heroic role for the Pyroraptor; -a fight of a pack of JP3 velociraptors against a pack of atrociraptors, especially the alpha female velociraptor from JP3 against the Ghost atrociraptor, and also a pack of pyroraptors against a pack of atrociraptors; -these deleted scenes from “Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom”: -T-rex seeing a hunter (possibly a poacher) aiming at a bear; -T-rex in a zoo killing and devouring a giraffe in full view of other animals (lions, rhinoceroses...); -the Mosasaurus attacking and killing the whalers; I would like to see these scenarios for these deleted scenes: 1.T-rex seeing a hunter (perhaps a poacher) aiming at a bear: just as the hunter (or a poacher) is about to shoot the bear, the T-rex appears, frightening the bear, surprising and distracting the hunter where the latter shoots the T-rex but it has no effect on him because of his solid skin, and the hunter is devoured by the T-rex; 2.T-rex in a zoo killing and devouring a giraffe in full view of the other animals, and frightening them by roaring at them.
I actually have a theory that later in the series there’s gonna be the insane theory. When you think about it, it actually makes sense. Because it started with Jurassic World and how we created the Indominus Rex. They literally mix a T-Rex with a raptor. that’s not it because they managed to make the indo raptor in fallen kingdom. Then they made a new locus. Followed by these events I believe that later in the series 2 dinosaurs will be fighting. One of them has wings and then suddenly they get chained up and fire gets on them at the same time they mix into each other, making a dragon. It would be the most dangerous thing in the Jurassic series, who agrees with my theory.

Jurassic Mars: A Brave New World. Just imagine the possibilities. Dino breeding band on Earth, experiments with zero gravity, terraforming, commercial flight, then ends with a crew finding a fossil…
