so u dont have to feel for arterial pulses to finish peripheral vascular examination !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(femoral, popliteal, post tibial or even dorsalis pedis)
Just to comment. The temperature cannot be felt through the cloths 😂 Renal arteries are not below umbilicus Peripheral arteries should also be felt. But overall very professional. Me like.
I would understand if you would be looking forward to listen intestinl sounds, but what evidence is there of change of arterial bruits after palpation? Thanks in advance
@@jesuslima4380 If patient has a AAA and one of the complications is thromboembolism. During palpation you can a blast the clot and the clot block the artery.
Excelent video. Congratulations to your work and technique!
The patient is a Doctor in the other videos
It's merely a mock examination
Keep up people
The way he was sitting at the end 💀
Thank you! Shared this with my DPT class.
You're Welcome! Hope it was useful.

You've welcome - hope it's useful.
Patient's toes are as long as the doctor's fingers. (And probably better penmanship.)

I will probably have vascular examination when I am at the doctor 👩⚕️ office on may 4th which is Star Wars day next year 2023
This guy is so professional in his examination and presentation! (And hot 😍)
3:29 - What'd he say? All I could make out was "the abdominal aorta is postov busnotstpostov"
He said AA is pulsatile not expansile
Capillary refill and checking pulses is missing and the most important
أنا سيبت ال examination وركزت في ال accent
did he start smoking when he was 5?? WTF
Doctor you are arabic right ?
55?! Is he taking the piss?
il entend des bruits partout :)
Idhu thaan namma sarkar
Nobody is that cool
you have check the soft touch and pain sensation in the legs also vibrating sensation !
This isn’t a neurological exam, it’s a peripheral vascular exam only as per the title.
A major mistake to palpate the aorta before listening for bruits
I would understand if you would be looking forward to listen intestinl sounds, but what evidence is there of change of arterial bruits after palpation? Thanks in advance

You need to ASCULTATE before palpating the aorta.
