The Native Southern Appalachian Brook Trout is one of the most sought after trophy fish in the southeast. Although not known for being massive in size, their beauty and where they live make these native fish a trophy catch. My buddy, Hunter, and I spent a day hiking into a remote stream in Western North Carolina in search for these beautiful native trout.
