you can see the huge difference between the female influencer and the female marine by the fact that the marine HELPED the male marine put the plates whereas the female influencer just sat on the ground and just insulted the male influencer. We need more women like the female marine.

The difference between the fitness influencers and the marines is that the marines are made to never say "I quit" or "I can't" whereas the fitness influencers train to their wish.
Brandon did an incredible job, the only time he really couldn't was because he didn't have traction, the one who complained and couldn't was his partner, what a shame.
Ya her mentality not only held him back but herself as well
So basically the difference is marines have to push themselves to their absolute limits and the fitness influencers just focus on good fitness, but not pushing themselves to the limit. Which is fine. It’s fitness. You don’t have to be the best to be in shape.

The real difference is the attitude and determination the military gives you. The discipline and determination (and not letting fears or self doubts get in the way of the goal) is what gives the marines their edge over the influencers.
It gives the Marines their edge over everyone.
In fairness, Brandon should be proud of going up against someone who’s lifted 1,000lb and holds a world record.
It's actually impressive that Brandon was able to keep up with a marine on that tire flip. Also that female marine is a beast!

This was awesome. As a woman Marine she makes me super proud to call her a sister. Never complained once and rocked it. Everyone did good, but let's be real. The Marines had this match in the game before it even started. Our CFT is harder than their relay...

That female influencer was the most annoying, disrespectful, entitled person I’ve ever seen. The amount of disrespect she has towards her husband, just grinds my gears to the max. If I ever get into a serious relationship one day, and if my partner disrespects me like she did towards her husband, I’ll dump her without hesitation 😡😡😡!!!

However after her break up, she had a mental breakdown but her Ex Brandon was really there for her which very noble and sweet of him even though I don't believe it is helpful and healthy.

This guy was my roommate for 6 months when we were in Australia in 2017! Then we were stationed at the same unit after that. He was a monster then and is still a monster now! Discipline and attitude is the main difference here. Respect to them all for competing, but it definitely shows the difference between “I can’t” and “I will”
I appreciate the positive attitude the competitors had towards each other no matter what. This is what I love about entering strength competitions myself.

The guys in the rope wasn't surprising, the heavier you are the more you are lifting and the military guy looks heavy as hell, the influencer is top heavy but his lower body looks a lot more lean than buff.
What was surprising was the 500lb tire. The influencer went toe to toe with someone who has a significant muscle mass. He was a monster!
Everyone did a great job. SGT. ROSE WAS EVERYTHING. She was literally rooting for everyone and encouraging them to push through.
Remember that since he's heavy, he's also expending more energy over time. And the tire thing was an endurance exercise more than a strength one.

This is the main difference between marines and ig models. Marines went to all of this without saying they are not gonna do it, no whining, just a pure determination. Thats the only reason how you can overcome struggle but I guess someone who just poses for IG photos cant get this mentality.
Brandon was carrying the team 😆 but even he couldn’t stand a chance. Marines were on a whole other level.

I think the weighted sled push is easier the lower you hold the bars. When you hold them high, some of your power is pushing the front of the sled downwards into the ground and you're partially fighting against your own strength. The lower hold gives more drive in parallel to the ground and therefore less downward force and less friction.

You see a huge difference in between the female marine and female influencer, I.e. the end when they were doing deadlifts, the influencer barely tried, or did not try her best as she immediately said “I can’t” literally two seconds after putting her hands on the bar.
