maybe hand-pick your next batch of palettes for no pan left behind. that way you can make sure you have neutral and colourful palettes evenly. And you wouldn't be overwhelmed or bored. :)
I’ve been tracking my usage on eyeshadow the last 3 years and absolutely love it! I always have struggled with goals and forcing myself to use specific items so when I started the usages I made it a broad goal of 5 or more uses for all of them and it’s worked so much better for me with using my palettes equally!!

I find it really motivates me to use what I have instead of buying new things! My goal for this year is to use all of my palettes at least three times each - all 150 of them!
I was having trouble decluttering my eyeshadow palettes. I had too many and I would have trouble picking a palette to use in the morning. I started tracking my palette usage. Knowing which palettes get used the most helped. Plus, by using certain palettes that I always thought were favorites, it helped me to realize that they weren't favorites anymore. I do something similar with clothing, where you turn the hangers backwards and at the end of the year, any hanger that hasn't turned has to go. If I haven't worn that item in a year, then I don't need it. I did the same with the eyeshadow palettes.

I loved seeing how these uses were distributed throughout the year! I'm very curious how No Pan Left Behind will influence 2025's usage. I wonder if the total number will increase because you're more inclined to use multiple palettes for one look.
Great video! You have really "influenced" me as a beauty lover. You inspired me to keep track of my own palette usage over the year, and really made me reflect on how long it takes to completely use up a product. I'm also taking on a "No Shadow Left Behind!" challenge this year!
I loved this idea so much that I tracked my palette use all through 2024 too! It was fascinating--I learned I've really moved away from color, and I hadn't guessed that. But I wasn't surprised to see Cold Moon at the top of my list last year (though I'm so sad, but I can't support Ensley Reign anymore). I also tried Natasha Denona last year, and both I Need a Nude and Xenon skyrocket to the top. So fun to track. Looking forward to seeing what you use this year!
I know everyone is different, but if you're still looking, the Kaleidos eye primer is my ride or die after a lot of experimentation. I also really like the Sigma eye primer. The only down side of the Kaleidos is that it's a bit messy, but I think for the price point especially it's incredible. I like the Sigma for the fact that it's a twist-pencil applicator, so it's super easy to get under the eye, too, if you want it there, but it is definitely the more expensive of the two.
These types of videos are so satisfying! I bought the nomad ghosttown based on a video you did raving about it, and I love it so much! The shimmers are so beautiful and it really is a unique color story
I would love it if you could swatch a couple of shades out of each palette as you show them. It would help give me an idea of what the colors might look like in the eye.😊
Do you all have any thoughts on digging out shadows you don’t like in a palette? It might make the palette more palatable without pulling apart the palette.
Olly hair vitamins, especially the gelcaps, will make your hair practically shoot out of your scalp. I use them after a near- disaster and they got my hair back to healthy quickly.
I want the I need a nude palette but I hear it mostly topper shades so it seems better to get dupe for it instead. I also just got the Coastal palette and I love mixing that jelly shade with the more topper shades, it makes them more opaque. Im currently trying to pan the sultry

my most used palette of 2024 was the lethal cosmetics midnight serenade palette which is insanely funny to me because I didn't like it at all when I initially got it😂 but it grew on me so much that it's one of my favourite palettes now (although i mostly just use the same couple of shades. oops) i'm doing both counting my palette usage & a no pan left behind so hopefully i'll be better about that this year. i'm not counting individual pan usage past the first use though because i can't be assed 😂
I have over 50 palettes, which is a lot for someone who doesn't do youtube etc. And Norvina is my all time favorite pallette. I wish I had bought a backup of it
I also went very short, Not the haircut I wanted at all!!! But it grew longer and I got it styled Better, and now I actually like my short hair, but you are younger, and I think younger people should enjoy longer hair and all the different things you can do with it.❤❤ loved your palette ranking...we certainly go in and out of favour with colour schemes, which is why I do like a bit more diversity in palettes, when they are too monochromatic in the theme, you don't get much choice.

I tracked my eyeshadow usage by quarter last year and this year I'm trying it by month. I just really enjoy a good spreadsheet. lol
