What is Cleanload Nexus? (Pentair Hypro)

Cleanload Nexus is a manually operated mechanical device that is the first Closed Transfer coupler on the market that is compatible with the easyconnect cap.
Together, Cleanload Nexus and the easyconnect cap create a closed transfer system for agrochemicals that enables sprayer operators to fill their sprayers quickly and safely, significantly reducing the risk of splashing or spilling occurring accidentally.
Cleanload Nexus is easily plumbed into an existing induction bowl and may be mounted permanently on the sprayer with permanent plumbing or on a wall, stand, or bracket and connected to the sprayer suction using dry-break couplings and to a rinse water source during use. To use Cleanload Nexus, no unscrewing or adaptor is needed because the cap comes out of the factory pre-fitted to the container. To make a transfer from a container that is fitted with an easyconnect cap, remove the dust cap from the container and the cover from the top of the Cleanload Nexus. Invert the container and locate the flange on the top of the cap onto Cleanload Nexus.
