    I know many may not understand after watching this video. Like I shared at the start of the video. It's confusing.. Not so clear cut. The market is not so easy to grasp today. That's the reason of this video. I further explain it in my telegram group. Also please watch the members video if you don't get it. I will make one more members video to explain it further.

    Fundamental is crucial. Anything can make money is actually a very bad situation. But the government took too long to do anything and the damage is done.

    It is hard to get the market right. But i generally agree of an era of super inflation, since efficiency has taken a back seat in favour of supply chain diversification. But this inflation may not necessarily translate into higher property prices. Assuming a slower wage growth with increased automation, coupled with higher rate of increase for education, food, transport, utility, travel, general merchandise. In order for a household to keep a balance budget, the property price has to come down to compensate.
