Arici Puttu ( Jaggery ) / அரிசி புட்டு ( வெல்லம்) :
Ingredients / தேவையான பொருட்கள் :
Raw Rice ( Pacharice) - 1 cup - Rosted Turn Golden Brown Colour - Measurement - Take any Wessel But Same Measurement OK
Jaggery - 3/4 cup to 1 cup
Greated Coconut - 1 cup ( add 1 tbsp of Ghee Rosted and then add Puttu )
Cashew nuts - Hand Full
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Otherwise Puttu Preparation following the Video Carefully Step by step Good Luck 👍🙌💞🥰❤️🙏
White Mochai Sundal / வெள்ளை மொச்சை சுண்டல் :
White Mochai Sundal - 1 cup or as required
( Clean , Wash. , add Cooking Water & add Cooking Soda Pinch Soaked for Over Night and then Washed Cooked in Cooker three to Four Whistle )
Gingelly Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Uru Dhall - 1 tsp ( optional )
Turmeric Powder - 1/ 2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - as required
Salt - as required
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 2 nos
Greated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Curry Leaves - as required
Sugar - 1tsp (;Only Taste Otherwise you Skip it )
So White Mochai Sundal is Ready 👌💯❤️
