I was in Cluj in summer 2012, when I travelled to see the mountains. I a from Czech Rep and this was my first journey to the East (except Slovakia). It really suprised me and impressed me. The city is clean, the railway station clean. We went for a walk at 5 A.M. and absolutely no safety problem. Congratulations Romania, although I guess you have manu transformation problems as we do after 1989, you did a good job. Keep going. Greetings from Prague.
I was an Erasmus Student in Cluj-Napoca. İt was the most valuable times that i've lived ever. Cluj is particularly unique city. I really want to live there rest of my life. I am thinking that make master in Cluj. İf you have any concerns about to go to Cluj-Napoca, i can honestly say you will like there. Especially if you are student and young. İt has beautiful clubs, bars, entertainment places. You can totaly have fun in Cluj. So " I LOVE CLUJ ". Regards.

Am o curiozitate enorma sau mai degraba o enigma, din sute de filmulete pe care le-am vizualizat in care se vrea promovarea Clujului, nu am vazut nici macar unul , dar nici unul singur nici la Tv nici pe youtube in care sa fie prezentate imagine cu "Adevaratul" Cluj si aici ma refer la Zidul Cetatii (a nu se confunda cu Bastionul croitorilor) Biserica Calvina, UBB unde e cladirea Auditorium Maximum. Superbele strazi medievale : Potaisa, Kogalniceanu, I.C Bratianu, Baba Novac, Napoca, Brassai, Str. Cotita, Clinicilor (pe aceste strazi se gasesc cladiri superbe pline de incarcatura istorica) Biblotieca Centrala Universitara, Biserica Bob,Palatele din P-ta M.V...etc . Efectiv nu apar astea in absolut nici un filmulet, si nu imi gasesc raspuns, de aparut apare doar Unirii , Av. Iancu si Eroilor. Am ajuns la concluzia ca foarte putin viziteaza partea asta a orasului,si mai socant este ca putin clujeni le cunosc. Trist F trist.

Hi, in the video it's mentioned that there are about 25 banks within the city. Can you please tell me how many of the banks are local (romanian) and how many are foreign-owned? Do they finance most of the development? In other words, do they supply loans to SMEs?
donno how many of The 25 are romanian.. I can tell you the biggest Romanian bank (banca Transilvania) has îts headquarters în Cluj and îs own by Cluj business man.. îf you have other questions ask and i'll try to provide answers
