Yea, “it’s not good, but it’s fun” is my take on these movies as well. Certainly the best of the whole Sony Spider-Man…ish movies. Tom Hardy’s riffing as Eddie and Venom is probably the best bit of these movies to me.
Yeah, most of the movie is pointless to the actual story with Eddie and Venom just having fun, but that’s always been the most entertaining stuff in this trilogy.
