ఒక భూమి సరిహద్దు విషయంలో వాది ప్రతివాది పై , ప్రతివాది వాది పై సరిహద్దు వివాదం కోర్టులో సూట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయడం జరిగినది ఈ విషయంలో కోర్టు రెండు సూట్ పై ఓకే విషయము ఉన్నందున సూట్ కలిసిపోయాయి అని నిర్ధారణకు వచ్చి కోర్టు కమిషన్ ఏర్పాటు చేసినది కోర్టు కమిషనర్ పై అధికారుల ద్వారా సర్వే చేయించి నివేదిక ఇవ్వడం జరిగినది. పై రెండు సూట్లలో ఒక సూట్ మాత్రమే ఆధారం లభించినది. కానీ మేజిస్ట్రేట్ రెండు సూట్లలో కోరిన విధంగా తీర్పు ఇవ్వడం జరిగినది ఆధారం లభించినా సూట్ వారు పై కోర్టులో ప్రతివాది సూట్ పై ఆపిల్ సూట్ వేయడం జరిగినది ప్రతివాదులు తిరిగి ఆపిల్ వెయ్యలేదు
కానీ కోర్టులో కేసు పెండింగ్లో ఉండగా వివాదం గల భూమిని ఇతరులకు ప్రతివాదులుఇంటి నెంబరు ఆధారంగా అమ్మడం జరిగినది. వారికి విక్రయ దస్తావేజు రావడం జరిగినది ఈ కేసులో ఆపిల్ వేసినవారు గెలిచే అవకాశం ఉందా దయచేసి సలహా ఇవ్వగలరు .
