The problem is that these artists are desperate for work. And they look to the Hollywood machine for jobs. And these jobs come at a huge price. But they are hungry in more ways than one so they submit to the machine. And get violated.
You're absolutely right!!! It's the "trade off" that these actors choose to make, in order to have their time in the limelight! (They say that fame comes at a price!) It sucks though, that there are parents that are so desperate for their child to work in the industry too,...that they put their kids into these horrible situations as well. These poor kids are NOT asking for any of the awful things that end up happening to them. It's incredibly sad!
