brother my asus duo is not responding neither battery indication is working can you fix it ?

Remove Battery Connection , remove keyboard FFC cable and short with multimeter.

@@ElectroInfotech I removed battery connection then I discharged the laptop and tried to start with the help of charger , it is responding for second and showing battery indication and then again turns off
