Now that Mika is out, i use Mika, Tsubaki, Hifumi, and Akane with Yoshimi and Karin as support. Tsubaki + Hifumi can pretty much fill the CC gauge up, + Yoshimi for insane and up, then finish it off with Mika's EX and her guaranteed crit passive
Yeah, I think for most players, HOD is really easy. As long as you've been farming the right characters, are a high enough level and were able to level your ex ekills, this raid is a breeze. But if you lack CC or can't facetank the damage, this raid is much harder.
yep, I'm planning to do a Koharu In a Nutshell vid pretty soon. However, I just like to show off the characters in my videos, instead of telling people whether or not they should pull. Koharu has been one of my most important characters on JP, and also is my personal favorite, but everyone's needs will differ. Koharu is extremely helpful for EX raids and a core unit in Hiero raid, I used her in almost every EX raid until jp got perozilla and soon after, ako. I plan to pull for Koharu on jp, but summer azusa is also really strong while being limited. The other summer characters are decent but not as important as Koharu imo. That being said, my priorities in BA are all centered around raid. If you enjoy/find pvp to be important, you may want to consider pulling for some of the other summer units.
sorry maybe my question kinda out of place, but its still related to raid. between ako, koharu, or any meta raid units out there, which one shud target the most to pull? waifu aside, but for overall n general usefulness for raid. for general dps units, i dun have hibiki n iori atm, start farming iori. n i dont have red azusa as well thanks adi 😁
I actually think the 2 you mentioned, Koharu and Ako, are the 2 more influential units for me. I used Koharu in pretty much every raid up until ako was released, then I used ako instead for almost every raid until HOD. I think I would rank summer Azusa right after those 2 in useful. There are of course, other really good units like NY mutsuki and natsu, but they are more specific to 1 or 2 raids, unlike the previously mentioned units that can be used in most raids.

Here is the tutorial for nesessary things to be done, and the environment and ammo type just the damage problem, you can see he used 3/4 environmentally disadvantaged students but still beat the boss by meeting the requirement
Poison, chill and atk speed reduction all do not count. You need taunt, fear or stun to fill the CC gauge. Necklace plays a role for insane hod, where buffing CC strength also increases duration. This only works for insane though.
I don't have Shun, and my Fubuki and Kayako aren't built well enough for raids. I pulled Saki, though, but I'm still struggling with a single-team clear of Ex Urban Hod. Any suggestions?
Yeah, rankings are sweaty this raid. HC is guaranteed gold already; you need a fast EX score to get plat this time. CC is a much more accessible gimmick to players, so that lowered the requirements for EX by quite a bit.
Yep, I'll probably do a Binah vid on day 1 or 2 of the raid in global. That way I can get some global EX footage instead of just using old stuff from JP.

Lol, it's all about that sweet sweet position 4 Hoshino (sometimes it still doesn't work though, classic BA)
If I remember right you need Hoshino. EX skill at 3 or 4 for it's to take effect

Hod is the only boss I can't finish Hardcore with 1 team (I'm low level). This explained how hard to fight this boss.

It has tiny hp, what more do you want? Dmg taken increase? Lol.
HoD is really easy, plus it has no convulted mechanics other than a simple cc meter.

Can Midori&Momoi and S.Iori/Airi fill HOD CC gauge? Game said they have 20sec CC duration @@ And characters with necklaces T6 can fill extra CC gauge?
