Yes, I am alive. I had been feeling kinda burnt out on the game and uploading videos so I haven't posted anything in a while. This new raid difficulty brought me back.
I can't say this new difficulty is anything special, no new mechanics, just bigger numbers. The fact that it is Hiero is what makes it fun.
This is day 0 testing so the run is very unoptimized.

Oh dear, even with Adipose's ridiculous investment levels (virtually all meta units, all fully maxed and at highest meaningful UE level), it still requires a second borrowed S. Hoshino and 3 total teams?

They won't. That would make rolling meaningless.
However, I half agree that they should at least allow 2 borrows for Torment. That is way too much.

For those who are wondering why Adipose 9 stopped making videos; it's because he got burnt out playing blue archive and was sick of all the comments thirsting for him and making cringe copy pastas. He also told me on discord that he may switch to making hsr content in the near future since blue archive "fell off". (this is 100% legit btw, adi told me)
Susge. It is true that I got burnt out on BA. I do like HSR now, but I wouldn't have anything worth uploading. Truly the biggest downside of not uploading is I don't get to read your cursed comments anymore 😔

woah toki is really that good huh? as siege armor already makes her bis just for tanking damage is not enough, her damage is also nuts.
Technically she is elastic armor instead of siege. The devs made a 4th armor type but gave it the same purple color 💀
But yeah, her damage is really nice. She's great for hiero due to her crazy defense pierce

Insane diff gives u immortal status (can't die) but also drop all students hp into 0 when launching that attack, the status itself last for 10s so u have chance to heal them after that deadly attack
@@kuzyph and that is to compensate the lack of the red relic from extreme and below, also hiero in ins and torm has the groggy bar filled out via usual attacks (although only red type ones)
Maybe it would be more nice if you use azusa on the second unit

No, I'm still playing global and JP every day. Unfortunately, I've been pretty busy with work, so I haven't been able to tryhard with any content lately. I don't want to upload slack clears, so I don't upload anything.

I'm not sure, but I don't think this is f2p doable...
Well it isn't. Since there is 6 units not released yet (Kokonut, TMari, Himari, NyFuuka, Toki, Nagisa), which seem to be core for this raid. And if we plan to get them then we would need to forget about other core units which will be required for other torment raids like Track Yuuka / Mika / NyHaruna and maybe some other... So I can't imagine getting enough pyros to get all those characters in a sped up schelude which we're in global right now...
BA is becoming a whale game slowly.
@@RaiskZX ny Haruna isn't meta in any raid though. Also as f2p it's normal that you can't invest in every raid. Mika is justgreat for f2p because it's anni and she's versatile. Track Yuuka is mandatory for Goz but that's about it. Nagisa and Toki also have quite limited use.
@@minhh1356 That's why i wrote maybe for other torments. They werent released yet, so how can you know ny haruna wont be needed f.e for kaiten torment. We may as well see return of s.wakamo and maybe miyako on torment hod and they will be core units.
As of now we can only speculate till they come out but chances are high they may be needed as core.

Team wide Crit damage bonus, special armor, also cuteness buff
Yeah, my Toki team lacked any real crit buffs so XSerina filled in my available striker slot nicely. Blue armor means I don't have to worry too much about her surviving
So, toki replaces azusa for dps on torment hiero?

She takes up a backline slot, which you don't necessairily want to spend on her damage and defshred, considering that you would rather use that for healing and that killing the purple lantern already gives A LOT of defshred. That said. She does do good damage, and 60% is a lot of defshred.

That is impossible for now. Just wait for at least 1 year for that to be possible - however if that happens they will be likely going to release a new diff as well. It's never ending shit lol
