It's hard not to have a great time with views like this! Thank you! It was an unforgettable experience.
This is the most beautiful campsite. Especially when there is florescence in the waves after a red tide. Prices are cheap. But do not go over a long weekend because then this camp site gets visited by campers in dropped cars, playing music out out their car's boots. Each one trying to out distort each other's rap music. This is when the ablution blocks gets vandalized beyond normal usage. On normal weekends the campers are diverse, but well behaved. You must book and pay in town, through a method that changes each year. No payments at gate, because those moneys just disappeared. Take a plastic fake snake or two, to scare of the baboons (and security guards). If the toilets are vandalized beyond use, just take a drive to one of the nearby restaurants for breakfast and ablutions. Usually an entrepreneur arrives on Friday nights to sell fire wood and ice at a competitive price. This is the campsite that I visit the most.

very nicely presented and it all looks idyllic BUT those baboons ARE wild and will steal your stuff, just 'cos they can and it makes no difference to them. Also last time I camped there the ablutions were worse than terrible. You make no mention of the ablutions and also the noise factor of other campers during the nigh tor maybe I just was there on a noisy night.
Yes I agree with you. The camping out of season is better as there are very few people, so the noise levels are down. The ablution blocks were clean when we visited, but no warm water which is not so good.
