Glad you are still with us! If you do go induction, you will need all new cookware to go with it as regular pots and pans don’t work with induction stovetops. The interval really does work. My fastest 5k was 30 seconds run / 30 seconds walk the whole way. Congrats on the improvements!! Keep on pushing!
What an eventful way of finding new ways to cross-train 😮. I would be curious to try the candied jalapeños, and save us some of the homemade beer when that comes to fruition😁. Great update!
