Hong Kong has changed a lot. The British and Cantonese Hong Kong natives have long gone and now mainlanders have moved in. I've been there many times and the food was so good back in the day...I used to stay in Kowloon off Nathan East Rd. where there was great shopping and food. Roast pork and roast duck with crispy noodles is so good there.
