If anyone can resolve a question I have. I'll apreciate, I'm doing a proyect regarding carbon fiber. I would like to know the NAMES of the MACHINES, that are shown in this video.

Very strange, usually spinning solution are produced by direct polymerization of AN in DMSO. There is no need to isolate polymer by drying to dissolve it again afterwards! ;) It is reasonable if you only synthetise PAN by any kind of heterogeneous polymerization.

@@VOo1345 No, I don't mix things - watch video properly, if there water as solvent for monomer and precipitator for polymer was used, we would see a title "WATER" above the tank, but there is title "SOLVENT", that means, it dissolve both monomer and polymer.
0:42 Watch this - yellow color indicate about POLYMER SOLUTION presence - DMSO form coplexes with AN of a yellow-orange color, depending on polymer concentration.
Of course, I understand yellow color could be chosen for making watching video comfortable. Anyway, if they meant water, they should be write "WATER" instead of "SOLVENT", cause SOLVENT implies some ORGANIC SOLVENT BOTH FOR MONOMER AND POLYMER

@@VOo1345 I got you idea - you meant precipitation polymerization, where AN is dissolved in water, but formed polymer, PAN precipitates as polymerization proceeds. So it only should be filtered and dried.

There are two ways of polymerization : one-step as you know, and two-step as video shows.

@@yongding3892 I know, but I don't see reason, why one provides it by two-step method if it is possible to do all the same in one-step way.

@@Polymershik there are different solvents: DMF, DMAc, DMSO, ZnCl, NaSCN, etc. by different acrylic fibre producers; and 1-step and 2-steps in polymerizations; and dryspun and wetspun in spinnings; and different 2nd monomers after 1st monomer acrylonitrile. It makes approximately 12 polymerization /spinning routines in acrylic fibre productions in the world.
There are advantages and disadvantages in terms of polymerization between 1-step and 2-steps. For example :2-steps polymerization may help in precursor production for carbon fibre since it has more purity to safeguard the precusor quality to have the strength (tenacity).
