the last time at had sleep paralysis was when i was 10 mybe 11 and it scared the shit out of me... i couldn't move my body only my eyes but i was awake and could not move at the same time i was hearing both a girl and a baby screaming IN MY EAR.. but suddenly i closed my eyes and opened and there was this tall dark figure standing next to me about a foot away from my bed... and how this all stopped is i could start to move my body and the screams were getting quieter and the figure faded away. that was my case of sleep paralysis and theres many more plus ive been sleep deprived for about 6 days before that.. and after that expirience i could suddenly sleep............................ FUCK NYQUIL THE SLEEP PARALYSIS
