The way I see it is, it’s the need of the hour to share such amazing experiences so that people can get inspired and possibly take first step towards transformation. If I didn’t watch that first video of Sadhguru 8 years ago I possibly wouldn’t be alive 🙏🏼
I am always looking for opportunities to share the message that you are your own light and Sadhguru’s practices help one realise it. 🙏🏼

I have been with Isha for almost 5 years now, doing my hatha and kriyas intensely twice a day, and having someone who has been there for 14 years + share his experience is immensely valuable.
Yoga works wonderfully only if you do it. If you remain on the same path long enough you will inevitably end up reaching your destination. Commitment, intensity, discipline and dedication will lift you up to inimaginable heights no matter what you choose to do.

What i have realized after doing a few programs is that being on a spiritual journey it means to walk on a path that is unknown to you. It means you'll have your own experiences and they will be different than those of others. It means not to compare yourself with others or look for an experience someone else had and have no expectations. I had the privilege to do BSP in 2017, there were 750 participants. I had realized that tho we were doing the same process, each paryicipant was having their own experience all depending of how open and receptive they were. On day 3 i remember deciding to give myself entirely to the process, even if that meant it's the last thing i get to do and that's when it all changed for me. 🙏

Namaskaram, Thank you so much for the podcast.
I was volunteering for IE in Philadelphia for past four days and was busy. Watching it now. Thank you for talking about awareness as much as possible 🙏. The one more question that I had in mind was cleared in this podcast.
IE worked miraculously for me. I have a big story which can be told to people who are looking for some true story encouragement. But I was always sceptical if I need to tell me story and gain sympathy. But as Joshua is saying we have very less amount of time. We need to be quick. We should not have any problem to share true story of our life to make people aware that such a beautiful thing exists which can give a life back for those who are struggling mentally and physically. Yes we need to talk about it loudly now. And we definitely need a community to support all the offerings that Sadhguru has offered for us like Sanskriti.
Thank you so much Joshua for your time and sharing such a beautiful journey with Sadhguru in your life. We need to hear from you more and more.

These types of podcasts where the glimpses of personal spiritual experiences are shared in a genuine and practical manner really resonates with me. I have been blessed with lots of mystic experiences without sincere longterm sadhana, and that had me complacent and wasting my time and energy on absolutely trivial things. I am trying to generate enough hunger and desire to do more intense long term sadhana but the ego still longs for accomplishments and achievments in certain areas. So im currently trying to blend awareness of my prana and being rooted in the present moment in every task i do to make it into a sadhana but its very taxing on the system and hard to maintain. I plan to do hatha yoga training as ive heard it prepares the body, energizes the chakras and makes the nadis circulate more prana to sustain these high energy states. This talk helped a lot in developing a sense of urgency within me to deepen my sadhana and hopefully become like sadhguru and continue his work.
Great stuff man. Hope this comment boosts the algorithm.

I loved the 1st interview with him. His real raw honesty about his journey really resonated with me. I appreciated the fact that we got an honest perspective of the beauty and difficulty of the path. I’m about 3/4 of the way through the 2nd. and I think because of the success of the first he seems much more guarded with what and how he shares. Understandable! Certainly the questions reflected the attention of the first video too. I was really interested to hear about more of his experiences and less about his relationship with Sadhguru. I love Sadhguru, I was just hoping for more of his personal experience and the practice and what he’s learned. He was still able to get a lot of good points in but I would have loved to hear some more in depth. I do hope he continues to do podcasts and hopefully we continue to hear from him. I certainly feel it was another push to pick up the practice that I needed. Thank you for introducing him to us. Great to hear his experience. Thanks for you both! 🙏🏽

Namaskaram, I like to thank you both for putting these two episodes together. I am grateful for the way this personal experience was shared especially being so cautious on what to share and how to share it. The speed we all are, the world we are experiencing and how we are within ourselves, are indeed aspects that make the right now a great place to be . The way Joshua shared consciously each word and how to approach process that are so personal were indeed great great aspects of those two episodes. Stephan also conducted in a superb way with open questions. Each one of us here will respond or react accordingly to our individual capacity. SG is here as a possibility to all of us. For some will be X, for others will be Y and so forth. But HE is none of this or that. For most of us, including me, I am not even sure who He really is, likewise all can see is that the practices and SG presence in this life had transformed the way I see, listen , live and breath. So as an Isha volunteer myself I would like to express an interest on how this can be taken further. If I understood correctly I just need to copy the hashtags?! #Spirituality #Sadhguru #kailash #MysticExperiences #SocialMedia

Thank you. Both of you. I have autism. My nervous system, cognition, thinking patterns are a little different from average. I would not disclose this information to the Shambhavi teacher or volunteers in 2017 but they knew or sensed something was a bit odd during my training. While others in our group of 50 paired off or collected into groups during small amounts of downtime, I was in the corner alone. That was embarrassing because I didn't know what to do or say. I was also at peace knowing it was nothing personal. I found I felt better overall when I did the practice and was hooked on "another experience" and thought of Bhava Spandana 2017 in Tennessee with SadHguru. What was it that Bhava Spandana or meeting Sadhguru might give or show me? Another experience of something beyond when I can hardly stand to be in social groups? Did I miss out because I decided it was best for my experience to nurture the little seed given me with Shambhavi? I can "feel" to SadHGuru in the practice itself. I continued practice through the pandemic in isolation. Followed Ramana Maharshi teachings that seeking the next experience is human. The desire to have, feel, know more and when you reach a certain level it was always right there inside you. Just for me, I found Shambhavi brilliant because the process itself is getting one ready to take the next step when they are ready. I have autism and I am amazed at the people talk talk talk but don't do the practice Isha teachers and SadhGuru gave. Their time and attention for me to learn something that could help make my life better. They can never get that back, the time and energy they put into my training. My parents put me in martial arts at an early age and I had to wait until 2024 but the next step for me was angamardena. I live at a Yogananda ashram community. Grieving you may never meet SadhGuru is like those who Grieve they never met Yogananda. Both are there in the practices they instructed and handed down. How fortunate we are to live in an age where we didn't have to go to India to learn something so special and sacred. The work, the practice, the doing. That is up to us. Thank you for reminding me where focus goes, energy flows. Algorithms on TH-cam can wind up in dark places and my seed bent into a crooked tree viewing bad energy TH-cam American political opinions and exclusion rights for others. Elections are coming and when I see a TH-cam commercial of a US presidential hopeful whose policy is to exclude others, I remember only "I" can be responsible for the change I hope to see in the world. Inclusion is the only way forward for children of tomorrow. Thanks again.

The practices - Shambavi and other advanced kriyas, the Isha Hatha Yoga ones, are all amazing and working for me too, I've tested them over and over for more than 7 years now. However, the insight into the mystical experiences was yet another level. Such experiences are indescribable but at least people find out about the possibility of seeing beyond the veil without rushing to the mushroom shop or planning an ayahuasca trip .

I can understand reaching many people while sharing about the possibility of a different, whole life experience seems like something to strive for. However, even if only one individual is touched so deeply that it motivates to leave the cult of cynicism and to try to start experiencing the Truth of existence, the whole effort was worthwhile.

Comunity!!!!! Yesssss! I don't feel lonely but to share thoughts, experiences and love is a deep desire. Being a real Christian for 45 years I finally gave up searching for All the promises the bible gives. But I found it anew in doing some simple practises on the Sadhguru App. I never felt so deeply happy in my life. I am almost 70years old and I would be more than thankful to meet people on the same path!!!!

I loved both of these interviews! Thank you for this posting! I appreciate the honesty, Joshua brought, his insights, and experiences with what was learned along the journey! I am encouraged by the questions and responses! I recently stumbled across Sadhguru and am enjoying the Inner Engineering book and course. I have found the initial practices of Isha Kriya and some of the other Yoga practices help me manage my emotions and set a tone for my day. I have more clarity and calmness in my personal and professional life. Keep the interviews going!

An experience was had and Oneness became the finally clear reality which drew this what was left into thinking about Meditation being a good idea to learn.
What is....I....returned but now there was awareness that the veil between the..I..and the all was very thin.
Personally I have recently met Sadhguru on here and recognise my personal experiences in the conversations so there is just isness and 'other' is a fallacy as there is no other as in our deepest inner layer we share all the same mind and spirit.
Humanity and all of the Universe is all Oneness.

As a shorter term Sadhguru follower (4 years) who has participated and volunteered at various current ISHA programs, could relate to a lot of what Joshua and Stefan shared. Having seen so many participants raising hands in these programs to share and ask personal questions, think there potentially needs to be a forum for sharing of one”s Sadhana journey like Joshua did and asking questions in the group when stuck or when one starts dropping practices. Some of this is happening in the post-program What”s APP groups but it could be expanded.

I feel Sadhguru reaches me too as one person said of his energies and your video s are another moment of that. Usually I hang up once marketing comes up. But I am curious as I feel a connection I think knowing nothing of the financial realities. I m a senior with lots of hatha and many moments beyond ordinary life. Lately it seems it’s way easier to organize my understandings - greek turns to English. So yes go for whatever puts it out here. I m in.

Namaskaram. At 74, my age and physical condition rule out stays at the ashram, despite the fact that I’ve wanted to have that experience. Thus, your stories are informative and inspiring to me. Please do more.
On the point about marketing, Sadhguru has plainly said many times that it is his goal to reach everyone on the planet. I think we understand that this is no idle dream, but one for which he’s giving it all he’s got. Outreach is clearly called for. Enter marketing. The fact that Isha does marketing exceptionally well is nothing short of phenomenal. It's working.
Finally, for those who may have even a small sense of the immensity that the being known as Sadhguru is, this sharing is precious. It’s a little like listening to someone who was in the room when Leonardo painted the Mona Lisa, or who stood watch while Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence describe his experience. Gentlemen, I thank you.

Meditation is not doing something. It's opposite of activity. And we are all so activity driven. So when you go for non activity then you will struggle. That's exactly why many people don't try meditation and even if they do then they don't find it something interesting enough to continue.

Thank you so much for sharing your precious time with/for us, Stevan and Josh. 🌠 We so much need to see such messages about life on social medias. 🌸🌿LIFE CAN BE SO BEAUTIFUL IF ONLY WE CAN SEE IT. 🌸🌿Let's create a conscious planet, a world full of light, love and laughter!
There is one thing you talked about in this video, which is comparison. And it's something I notice a lot among meditators... You explained many things about it and through this comment I really wanted to insist on that point. When we know how unique each life is, there is really no reason to compare with each others. What we experience with a practice or a process will also be unique. I see so many meditators struggling because they think they missed something because someone else experienced the program in another way. If it happens to you, remind yourself how unique your life has been... you could simply not experience it as anyone else. Just enjoy what you're experiencing and trust your Life, Your Self. LOVE ❤

Hey Pascale! Thanks for your feedback. Yes you are right in both Podcast we did our best to talk about not comparing ourselves with others, I am sorry to hear that you felt that it was still present. Whatever comparisons we have made was to make a point about not doing it - about not trying to live the life of someone else or wait for something to happen to start applying things to our own life.

      Respect,
Thanks for getting back to me that fast. My name is Ingmar, what's yours pls? Tell me please to whom I'm corresponding to here.
As I mentioned, I do live at a gorgeous place and want to share and give some selected good people the opportunity to live here on my place as well. Might be on a short trip, up to lifetime, depends on the personal decisions of the individuals.
It's a small piece of land (46 ha about 280 acres) with lots of potential and positive energy.
      It's located in Patagonia, Chile.
I do not want to bother you in this first direct email. It's a long story...
My path in this life had , as many other paths of beings on this earth right now many changes and windings, but to make it short. I used to work on the realization of a place for my huge family with 10 kids, and got separated two Years ago.
6 months ago my ex moved away from this farm and I returned after a physical absence.
When I left, the new self built huge house was almost ready to move in.
Now I am living alone here with a couple of cats and dogs and animals from my neighbors. The place is a ready and proved kind of self sufficiency eco farm. I know how to cultivate and treat soil.
After some important moves regarding my spiritual development I came to the decision that I should give some other people as well the opportunity to get away from places not so proper regarding there environmental circumstances especially regarding the physical changes the world is going through right now and in short term future.
      That's it for the moment.
      My ego wishes are:
      Help others
Get companionship and exchange on my personal path
Receive any kind of contribution to pay my personal bills
I lived for 58 years until now, so do have a lot of experience and memories, but on the other hand feel like a empty book that needs to be everyday written freshly.
Hope this wasn't too much of text.
Looking forward to any kind of response.
      Love
