I read a story once about an unmarried couple and one of them died unfortunately. Without a will, the survivor ended up being kicked out of their house, because the deceased one's brothers and sisters were deemed next of kin and inherited the house. If you two don't marry, you should at least have something legal like a will that determines what happens in a case like that to protect one another.
Well you seem like a nice person Jeffrey but you have very little patience for Aaron it seems. You also talk over him most of the time. Seems Barb is caught in the middle and is uncomfortable.

My Dad was a huge train collector. After he passed away we had a huge auction for his collection. It took two full days. We had buyers from all over the world. My Dad was born in 1921 and started collecting as a child. He also had a very nice train layout and he played with his trains til his dying day and he was 93 years old. In his will he gave each of us a full train set. I ended up buying quite a few train cars at the auction. My three brothers were always and still are train lovers. Now, as his daughter, I have increased my love for trains. I am 68 years old and I am starting a train layout with my brother’s help. So glad Aaron loves trains and is keeping this hobby alive.

Okay Jeffrey, you remind me a little of my husband in a way. Both you and my husband when there is a conversation going on, you butt in when someone else is speaking as if they weren't even speaking at all. Sometimes the other person can't get a word in at all. You do it some to Barb, but you do it a little more with Aaron. My husband does it all the time. We've been married just over 40 years. I'm sure you don't realize that you're doing that like my husband doesn't, but sometimes it's so annoying. Just wanted to share my observation and one of my pet peeves.

Sometimes disposability means availability . In a state like Florida in many areas where many elderly people die, and it is a more transient state ,where ,people tend move more often:there is plenty of availability.Things are constantly replaced, like in thrift stores : things are gone, but the next day there is plenty available; especially in the more populous areas. I am assuming a pro in smaller towns, is that one gets better prices to buy things for resale ?

You ever get a little voice on things. Nurses always talk about “the voice”. I bought a car mirror at a rummage, not into cars but had that little voice say to buy it. It was nothing I was interested in paid $5 and got $850.00. Apparently some rare mirror. Friend I was w dissed me for buying but not after it sold.
I believe in 3 Rules for my booths. The first Rule is: (1) Do Not Put all of your eggs in one basket. In other words, do not sell "Just Floweres"; or "Just Toys"!! Second Rule is: (2) Pile your booth full of tons of good things, at reasonable prices; AND the third Rule is: (3) Do Not try to get Rich quickly, because it will not happen. Price your items to sell quickly; and when they sell, replace ASAP.
I have sold a bunch of antiques on facebook marketplace! I offer paypal and shipping. Sent a pair of carriage lamps to the Netherlands. Don't understand Etsy, never really shopped there. I also use eBay, depending on the item.

How bout- Have you ever regretted selling an item for the price that you did? Like, say you sold something that you weren’t too sure of the going rate and it sold quick and then somehow you found out it has sold for much more. Has that happened to you Jeffery? Or anyone reading this? Happened to me a few times 😕 But I just keep telling myself “I did make profit and that’s all that matters, I guess lol”

I love this video ! You "Guys" are so funny ! I love the Arron story (OCD) about him in the garage checking, and rechecking. My husband does the same thing,he checks all the car windows,and keeps locking the car. I really enjoy all 3 of you !
HaHa- My partner even re-parks the car after me; he has OCD too. We have many of the same issues and now I understand how horrible OCD is on a person. I really had to focus on the brain science of it to learn about what real hell he goes through having such an affliction. Love and empathy are what he needs, as well as tons of patience and understanding. We aren't married either---we're not really interested in that, but FYI, after 7 years most states see the partnership (as far as material gains and property) as being legally and technically married unless you have a prenup or other personal estate documents. We decided to make living trusts naming each other as co-trustees, then married or not our property will belong to both of us, not end up in probate or be taken over by the state we live in. I also have 3 booths, but will drop one after Christmas. I also have a degree in psychology, yet here I am buying/selling antiques and vintage. When I subscribed and started watching this channel I never thought about how many personal commonalities hosts and viewers may have. It's interesting; makes me wonder how many others out there watching have made similar life choices and have similar relationship issues.

HaHa- My partner even re-parks the car after me; he has OCD too. We have many of the same issues and now I understand how horrible OCD is on a person. I really had to focus on the brain science of it to learn about what real hell he goes through having such an affliction. Love and empathy are what he needs, as well as tons of patience and understanding. We aren't married either---we're not really interested in that, but FYI, after 7 years most states see the partnership (as far as material gains and property) as being legally and technically married unless you have a prenup or other personal estate documents. We decided to make living trusts naming each other as co-trustees, then married or not our property will belong to both of us, not end up in probate or be taken over by the state we live in. I also have 3 booths, but will drop one after Christmas. I also have a degree in psychology, yet here I am buying/selling antiques and vintage. When I subscribed and started watching this channel I never thought about how many personal commonalities hosts and viewers may have. It's interesting; makes me wonder how many others out there watching have made similar life choices and have similar relationship issues.
