It's kinda absurd how strong this ID is... It's not at the level of Grip Sinclair, but Queeg Heathcliff is also a tank and doesn't have the caveat of needing sanity management, yet he comes extremely close to dishing out Grip Sinclair's level of dmg
The damage ramp up is insane. And he's great for solo too, because while he gets hit hard (especially with these mfking sin resistances on Bodysack), he hits back HARDER.
What gift/passive is giving him that laughing powder but healing effect? *during rosespanner fight. I hate that fight and n corp in particular for solos.
Heathcliff AEDD passive "Temperamental Discharge" When hit, spend 1 Charge Count to heal 2.5% of Max HP. At less than 40% HP, gain 1 Charge Count before activating the healing effect. (Can gain up to 10 Charge Count per turn).

basically for short fights, rabbit heath, for longer fights, queecliff, I'd say that they're equal in terms of viability

He turn from a "i can take hits" to "i can take hits and nuke your ass" the moment he lost hp its amazing
Eh queegcliff is more tanky and can reverse Uno card the enemy pretty fast so I like him more,nclair still great tho
