This is something I have wondered about with myself. I am an online nutrition and life coach so I am doing a lot of research online and building my websites and blogging and watching videos, listening to podcasts, just constantly doing things that will teach me all about running a business and learning as much as I can about my fields. So I've often wondered if I was addicted to being online or if I just have to be. So I generally try to avoid it as much as possible on the weekends and if I am just not feeling inspired and know I am tempted to just go on out of boredom, then I avoid it because like you mentioned, it does make me feel a certain kind of negative way about myself, like 'why aren't you doing something more productive Juliette?' Sorry I don't mean to blab so much, its just that this is something I have been thinking about as well, addiction. We can be addicted to anything.
