And then when she wants to finish the enemy, he jumps out like a hero and say "get control". that drives me nut, common. If she gets control, everyone is gonna be killed.

And Constantine was the only barrier while Z could not speak because of the spell and most likely she would have died if not for Constantine. And Yes, if she does not regain control, it will probably lead to unexpected and terrible consequences. So think with a cold head from the beginning, and do not go on about the emotions.
This would be a valid point if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s Zatanna we’re talking about. She IS extremely powerful, but that power comes with consequences. If she uses too much of her dark energy she will lose control and most likely kill everybody in the room not just Felix Faust. Constantine knows this, and even if he wasn’t very useful in the fight he still knew that Zatanna is practically unstoppable if she reaches a certain point. Her powers are extremely specific in that if she uses them too little, she for lack of better words, implodes. And if she uses them too much it either weakens her or makes her lose control.
There is also the laws of magic dictated by the lords of order. Thus "if no blood is spilled,you soul is in the clear". If she killed him,she would have to pay the price.
They did all of this to then downplay her power and make it seem like she needed a man to save her knowing damn well she could end all if she wanted to.

I don't. Because if they do so, and some random guy or girl gets the honour of writing the movie, there's probably a good chance that they won't read the comics and will start improvising. Improvising is never good. Same case for Smallville. Zoe's first live-action debut, and she was only in Smallville for like the last three seasons, which is really annoying. That was a chance that should have been saved for later. If the DCEU were to introduce Zatanna, written by somebody who actually knows the character, I would totally be up for it. But if they're gonna hire a guy who has no experience whatsoever with Zee, then it would be better to keep her in the comics and animations. My opinion of course. And sorry for the long comment.

Zatana Wanda of DC (and John Constantine is the Dr. Strange I think)!! Zatanna is more powerful (just like Wanda) while Constantine is just like Dr. Strange, conventional spell caster. I think if DC make a movie about Zatanna and/or Constantine (which links them to DC Universe or something) with her real power on it, it would be a major success
That is if they wrote the characters right, which the DCEU tends not to do. I'd rather have my two favourite characters stay in animated form and on the CW, instead of some writer who has no experience with them, ruining them.

I don't. Because if they do so, and some random guy or girl gets the honour of writing the movie, there's probably a good chance that they won't read the comics and will start improvising. Improvising is never good. Same case for Smallville. Zoe's first live-action debut, and she was only in Smallville for like the last three seasons, which is really annoying. That was a chance that should have been saved for later. If the DCEU were to introduce Zatanna, written by somebody who actually knows the character, I would totally be up for it. But if they're gonna hire a guy who has no experience whatsoever with Zee, then it would be better to keep her in the comics and animations. My opinion of course. And sorry for the long comment.
