- ⚠️ USE HEADPHONES FOR THE TRUE SOUND OF THE JET ENGINES. Never Filmed before, this one is the most Craziest and Stunning takeoff I have ever filmed on camera of the Indian Air Force Rafale multirole fighter aircraft. At 0:36 seconds on the video timeline you can see a slight camera shake because the ground was vibrating and so was my camera. Thanks to my good quality Earmuffs otherwise would have certainly lost my eardrums😅. I had fun filming it, hope you all will enjoy watching it 🤟🏼

I always wonder why HAL doesn't post videos like this of their own aviation assets ? Don't they intend to change perception of their company ?

Visit the Air Shows HAL participates in. You'll see their material there.

Videos like that have never come out of HAL because they have their captive customer in the form of defence services.
They made no intention or efforts to push through in the civilian market. In that market PR does matter.

Not really. There are 40 year old aircraft that do a far steeper climb and do a true VERTICAL CLIMB. The 70 year old F-4 Phantom did almost as well.

@@alanchidley2745 i knew it bro, F4 was originally built for the US navy and no doubts it is an excellent naval fighter. But rafale was originally made for air superiority and multi role fascillities.

@@theacechip and frankly, the F4 phantom was nothing exceptional, it was less maneuverable than a Vietnamese plane (of Soviet manufacture), it could not make a dogfight, the Vietnamese planes turned much better, at the beginning, it did not didn't have a cannon and the missiles they used were so bad they had to fire 2! only from 1965, it was equipped with a cannon! its big advantage, a high speed, but that's it, during the Vietnam War, more than 70x F4 were shot down! so, he was certainly a legend because of the Vietnam War, but apart from that, he has nothing more! the F15s had much more victory! 40 victories for the F4 in Vietnam! LOL

the rafael barely used its runway is it a regular thing for rafael or was it using its afterburner for maximum thrust for liftoff on a very short runway.
Rafales are carrier based aircrafts primarily, hence they are designed to take-off and land on flight decks which compared to regular runways are very short.
@@HFKification rafale M (Marine) is carrier based. Specs are different from B and C versions.
You think this take off is crazy you should check out footage from the English Electric Lightning from the 1960s!Those planes had a crazy take off could cruise at 80,000 feet and had a top speed of Mach 2.2 The only negatives were outrageous fuel consumption and they were prone to crashing on landing!
