funny i distinctly remember you could hear the sound of this coaster trough the entire park, it was wierd to not ever hearing it again after it was removed.
This is being sent to six flags great america, i was shown a map of 3 locations at six flags great america in the shape of a rectangle and it shows possible queue entrances, i think one is over by the american eagle it shows a bridge the goes behing jonny rockets, the other is across from jonny rockets in mardi gras, they would have to build a queue that goes over the serivace road and the roaring rapids, it would be surounded by trees, the other one is on the other side of the log rides in yokon teritory. I was also told that it will not be repainted so prepare for a riddlers revenge or a nother green lantern stand up
People find stand up coasters harsh because they don't even do what you are supposed to do: STAND UP. Look at the people on the ride as it leaves the station: they are all resting their body weight on the bicycle seat. Thats not the intention, its just there so you don't go flying out the coaster. Put all your weight on your feet, and the ride is way better.

Shame they didn't see or do a floorless (or sit down) conversion, ik this is the whole gionvolola/half of B&M/intamin era of working with this kind of track, but it "looks like" a B&M stand-up and it's a shame it's scrap metal like shockwave/batman the escape ended up too. They'd be fine coasters if they weren't stand-ups.
No this ride debuted as the Stand up at Skara Summerland. The Shockwave is another coaster as the same model. After six flags magic mountain the Shockwave went to six flags great adventure, then to six flags Astroworld and now I think it's in Darien lake's parking lot but I'm not sure.

Ok great point! But IDEALLY when ur about to board a ride that turns upside down, logically ur first insting is to remove all valuables from your person. .. so dont go blaming the employees for ur glasses cuz they probably have never been on the ride before
Well it even says that at the entrance of the ride to NOT bring any loose items. It's just common sense that you shouldn't wear glasses on any ride unless they are secure
I kinda miss this ride:/ it was a good fill for La Ronde’s lineup of coasters and it wasn’t the roughest thing ever in my opinion

I know this was an Intamin & not a B&M, but Six Flags should’ve given this the stand up-floorless conversion.
Most standup to floor less conversions are terrible. This would have been awful for sure.
Some would probably say that the ride would still be rough and uncomfortable with the Floorless conversion.
