It all started with Newcomer Shadow's 2 year old video. He was the first to create the original mod, but he didn't share it with anyone. So a group of prominent modders attempted to recreate his GokuBlack. It was the XenoFunction guys who were able to recreate it almost perfectly. About a year ago, he released it on his server, and the moveset was extracted by the Chinese, added to various 3D models, made into a video, and spread.
This is a more refined beta version six months to a year after that. I do not know if this is PRIVATE or not. I was sent it directly from him, the creator. Maybe it is public on the server like before. (I don't know because I left).
I wonder, is this still being worked on? I saw some screenshots and clips of new Super/Ultimates posted by XenoFunction a while ago and I thought maybe you would know..
