Hi, I got the WalkingPad r1 pro. The max speed is only 6 km/h. I cannot fix it w the app. What should I do? Pls help

if it is r1 pro, the handle bar should be up to go up to 10km/hr. If the handle bar is down, it is walking mode and only up to 6km/hr

@@cactuar000 thank you. I also had to change the batteries in the little remote and it’s been working perfectly fine. I still do not have the app 😅
