The solo in Ram It Down, Night Crawler, Come And Get It, and my secret favourite of all Priest songs, A Touch of Evil (not the remake). Its just a shame that Ram It Down doesnt use real drums, it gets really annoying listening to this thinking about the actual potential that song had. Also many of the lyrics in that album are cringe. It doesn't deserve that. Also in the Album Painkiller Between The Hammer & The Anvil is extremely underrated.
Some of the greatest technical death metal guitarists covering a Priest song, that's fucking tight. Forgot how good the vocals in Toxik were as well, he killed it here.
@@nickzarvis5105 inconsistent, the drums (or drum machine) sound bad, and Johnny B. Goode. It's not a terrible album, or anything like that. But personally, I'd rather listen to all out glam like Turbo, or all out shreds like Painkiller - Ram It Down fits somewhere between awkwardly
It's one thing to hear a killer song such as this on a record. It is a wholly different experience to see the music performed (even as a cover) with all it's intricacies displayed. In other words...the dual solos shred like a birthingparentphuqer!
This is a crazy performance! This is so close to the official recording, while still having its own character. I would love seeing these guys on stage. Its one thing to make something original, and a whole other thing to make a performance that is basically a copy, bit made by completely different people.
Me and the drummer thinking the exact same thing at the exact same time "Fuck yeah". Good job on the editor of these sessions, capturing all the good stuff going on
I would love if Halford would take those two Guitar Heros on tour, they sound very true to KK and Tipton Me encantaría que Halford se llevaría a esos dos Guitar Heros de tour, suenan muy fieles a KK y Tipton
Seeing sth like this... 'we metal maniacs begin to rave!' Superb work, esp. with handling vocal and guitar parts. Solos on the original are amazing, and you guys have done a fantastic job. Thanks !!
Good to see songs from this album getting some exposure . Priest came to town on this tour , dragging along Slayer ! The previous tour ( Turbo) , opening act was, uh, Bon Jovi
Considering a young Rob Halfords range is not available to humans, this a very well done job vocally - the tone and pitch in the lower parts are nailed perfectly, the reverb is on point (and on style of JP) and nice overlap to create the high parts. Guitars are nailed spectacularly !
when they come out of the solo right back into the main riff...how can you not feel the power...i feel like im the planet and the music is the fist from the cover...great fucking job guys
One of The Priest's baddest tunes! And while everyone is spot on, THAT VOCAL PERFORMANCE! WOW!! For some reason I didn't picture him doing Halford this kind of justice. But, to be fair, I had only heard a few Toxik tunes, and not his other bands.
I don't even like cars, but the pre chorus lyrics are fantastic: "Thousands of cars and a million guitars Screaming with power in the air We've found the place where the decibels race This army of rock will be there"
I don't know why but in every cover singers are always in lower volume than other instruments, when in fact singers should be louder than everything else...
This world needs dueling solos. Now more than ever. They should have never left.
I agree.
I wanted to like comment, but i already did years ago ^^
Ram it Down is Judas Priest's most underrated album.
It is a great album.

In one of the greatest tech death bands ever!!!!! The shit I grew up with + saw evolve!!!!! Magnificent!!!!
This singer has the most powerful chin in metal
Hope he don’t get in a fight, you ain’t missin that chin.
He'd headbutt them with his chin
The Bruce Forsyth of Metal!
Ron Iglesias of Toxik and Paralysis
And a powerful voice to match!
The drummer mouthing "fuck yeah" after nailing that fill at 2:22 is what really sold it for me
His drumming with Revocation is insane! One of my all time favorites
Yep ...
People hate that Priest record, and I love it. This was very well done. Crushing!!!
I love that album
How can somebody hate that album? It’s full of bangers

@@nickzarvis5105 because for some reason they think it’s Turbo part two
It is a good album synth drums or not.
Turbo is another story lol…
Blown. Away. The vocals are staggeringly good. Everything amazing. Goosebumps all over listening to this.
best cover ive ever heard of priest, and my favorite priest song of all time

Awesome solo, of one the most challenging from JP! And that impossible part at 3.40 was as close as I've ever heard.
Tapping is easier than shredding #_#
this solo is just brimming with energy! that part at the end you are right sounds unplayable but he got it close

Thank you, for doing Glenn Tipton justice on that solo!! That was executed extremely well!! Badass cover from beginning to end.
God DAMN. This was awesome and unexpected.
Killer... love seeing Olivier doing something a little more traditional.
Me and the drummer thinking the exact same thing at the exact same time "Fuck yeah". Good job on the editor of these sessions, capturing all the good stuff going on
Fantastic, great voice and epic guitar!
sickest solos ever... nothing will ever top this!
halford does not go to the high octave on the first " ram it down" just the second....
out of all the cover songs that came out during the pandemic, this one is my favorite.
holy moses, waiting for how will they pass the solo, and you know what: absolutely impressive.
Killer cover!! Love that snare sound! And the vocals - Hell yeah🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥
All of the guys nailed it, but I'm especially impressed with Ron Iglesias! Just...WOW! 😳🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
Una delle più belle canzoni dei Priest e sicuramente uno degli assoli più iconici e ispirati, per me il migliore. Bravissimi 🙌
Oh and thanks to Daniel Martinez for wearing a Carnation shirt and keeping the underground alive. Killer band with two great full lengths and an EP...
Perfect execution, killer tribute!!!
Play "One Shot A Glory", please!
I might be only person to say that ram it down is my favourite priest album and ram it down is my favorite priest song!
Beautiful rendition of a classic!!
I am in to this ,,,,
Absolutely amazing! One of my favorite Priest songs, highly under rated. The performance was impeccable. This made my day! Great job guys!
I would love if Halford would take those two Guitar Heros on tour, they sound very true to KK and Tipton
Me encantaría que Halford se llevaría a esos dos Guitar Heros de tour, suenan muy fieles a KK y Tipton
You mean Tipton and… Tipton. The original solo is all played by Tipton dueling with himself.
No it is boy. Although glenn plays most runs there is a lot of trading solos on this. They played it live in 88. Search for it
No it is not *
That’s totally awesome , could watch it over and over . So tight and nailed on
1of the most GLORIOUS scorching JUDAS PRIEST Songs ever.
An Album opening act for sure.
& this cover lineup: ✊🏻👏🏼👏🏼🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥✨🇧🇷
The most perfect Metal cover Ever ! For humans , It can´t be better than this !!! Thank you and for the enthusiasm and passion !!!

wow, great sound ever. its as if it comes straight from the 80s. great mixing!
Good to see songs from this album getting some exposure . Priest came to town on this tour , dragging along Slayer ! The previous tour ( Turbo) , opening act was, uh, Bon Jovi
Awesome! (Also great to see Phil drumming again)
Is this Phil the former Revocation's drummer?
@@alejuarez8932 Yep, the one and only!

The band slayed but hot damn those vocals
Good to see the Atheist guys. I want to see one of these at home covers of their music!
Absolutely! Cool name btw \m/
God speed to anyone attempting to play an Atheist song.
We did instrumental at home play throughs for "And the Psychic Saw" and "Mother Man" last year actually! th-cam.com/video/9gIJH0j5nAA/w-d-xo.html

Best one. Terribly underrated tune. Great performance, and my man Phil is wearing aviators.

Incredible
Great job! Killer vocals!
l like it, it all seems pretty right, hard to duplicate the greatest solo ever produced but you've done well, awesome 👍👍
Ron killing it with the vocals
You won me with the first 8 seconds already! They should bring these screams to america's got talent to raise the level a little bit..!
I don't know any of these guys, but I well know the song from decades ago, and they did an awesome job of covering it!
One of my favorite songs, you guys did a worthy cover!
Holy shit!!’ What an introduction to your band! Brilliant cover boys! You’ve just gained yourselves a new fan! 🤘🏼
All y'all have got a new fan. Outstanding work
So good...had to watch it twice. Starting it over again
Absolutely awesome cover! Great art!!!!

You guys killed it!! Awesome
Very cool! Tnx for you work Guys!!!
Anyone that says Ram it down sucks is nuts. Absolutely shredding! Just missing the vocals at the end of the solo section. Great vox though!
Holy shit, this sounds great. My favorite JP album.
Heck YEAH that was excellent!
way better than I expected, and I expected badassness
Right off the intro.!!!!! 🎤 💪

Do you remember the rumor that (Julio) Iglesias was on Turbo? Well, here we'got it right: Iglesias on the vocals. History unfolds. ^_^
ONE OF THE BEST PRIEST SONGS WRITTEN, THAT ENTIRE ALBUM!!!!
