Amazing what One Mil gets you in Lake Lure. $7K will get you a condo here in San Diego. Love this video. When I visited Asheville last September, Chimney Rock was on my to do list. It was amazing!

Great question! The place we went to on the water (Lake House) might be a good option, just don't order blackened fish there. I haven't been to Highlands but maybe there as well?

Not so much around Lake Lure - more so around Asheville.
