The rear windshield louvers were beautiful on the 80s supra celica and the 5.0 mustang. These will really compliment certain cars with the fastback look

Dope. I just bought a carbon fiber pair for my Sentra. Do you think I should use my own store bought 3M tape or the tape that came already on the louvers?
TBH, I used my own 3M tape and I would suggest using your own 3M tape as well. On top of that, prior to applying your louvers onto the window, heat up the 3M tape with a hair blower, heat gun or use a lighter to get a better grip.
I have one question: how do you clean the outside louvered glass once installed?
I personally would not do it to my car, but! I like it on other ppls cars 🤣😂. You doing a good job man keep at it

Yes, you can and it won't leave any mark at all.

Anyone know how to clean the windows underneath them? I have mines on and I could see how filthy it is underneath them and wondered if there is a way to clean them.
I usually spray it with soap then use a pressure washer to clean it off. I know how tedious it is just having this one.
Won’t these eventually unstick and fall off with time ????
I've had mines for quite some time now and they're still sturdy. the car itself been through windy, rainy, and hot days even with pressure washers and it stays.

These definitely look like they've got some mold release agent on them, so before the alcohol, I'd actually suggest hitting them with some warm soapy water and a toothbrush, followed by a hit with a little sanding stick, and then a wipe down with the alcohol. Just my experience from building plastic models speaking.
Thank you for that insight, I would definitely remember that when installing new stuff on the car and when I do a maintenance check on the parts I've installed.
@@10thgenAce Yeah, I don't know about yours, but mine definitely had some of those little raised circles where you could tell it was snapped off of a mold after it was made. The thickness of the tape might be enough to make up for it, but better safe than sorry.

has anyone seen a back window louver for a 2004 Honda civic ? They have some for the side windows but haven't seen one yet for the back window ...
I haven't seen a rear louver for that specific model, but there might be other louvers that could be compatible.
