- Camped out in the truck to test out my new Garmin Livescope on some early ice up north. This sonar is a game changer and I'm honestly still amazed your able to see what is going on below the ice. I was able to catch my first brook trout and find some new lakes to explore this ice season.

Welcome back!! I missed your content
Thank you! Glad to be back!!
Great little video. I think us ice fisherman suffer from G.A.S. Gear acquisition syndrome more than any other hobby. But that Live Scope is awesome.
Thank you! And haha I can definitely agree with that.
Welcome to livescope. I have mine set to green and black so it looks like an old submarine movie sonar. WARNING: Livescope may create so much engagement that ice fishing becomes far more addictive :P
That’s cool, I’ haven’t played with the setting much yet! Haha I don’t doubt it, I had a blast using it
Yeah it’s been a minute. Glad you posted again. The Garmin Livescope is a dream. But I’ve upgraded a lot of my other ice fishing gear last season and this season. Just bought a clam drill plate which is going to make punching holes a dream. Thanks for your content Jake!
Thanks for watching!! It is a pretty cool system. That’s awesome!! I’ve got a bigger tent for camping out on the ice this season. Hope to get out soon!
Love it! Thanks for sharing, subscribed and looking forward to checking out some more videos here

Awsome. But should have kept those trout. Definitely died shortly afterwards
I thought they would be to small to keep.

Thank you! I’m hoping to get out again next weekend. Hopefully the local lakes freeze soon
