Yours look great. My recipe calls for1 package piecrust mix (for 2-crust pie)1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons milk1 teaspoon lemon extractRoll to 10" square and cut 2 1/2" squares
And how do you assemble? Does the cream cheese go in the Kolaczki, not the crust? Let me know! :) I have extra pie crusts here that I might have to try that easier already rolled out version lol
