Hello guys. on my wordpress website I like to create a multistep contact form that have a 90 steps (it's a questions i dont like the user to see the next question before filling the actual one). i know there's some plugings, but don't like to create 90 page's in wordpress, because it's a lot of work. is there's some other way of doing that? any advice will be appreciated.
if i want to great a multiple step form for 1 product, for example, step 1 choose the bottle, with multiple options with different prices, step 2, choose cap, with different price options, then step3 choose package, again with different price options, then finally have a product with total price, how do i do this ?

While it seems a good enough, it hasn't been updated for 6 months or more and has not been tested with current versions of Wordpress. That is what is preventing me from using it. But thanks nonetheless for the video.

You can send it to an email and use a webhook from Zapier and send it to a spreadsheet.
