Hey Alex. It’ll be a great weight off your mind when the bumper and bonnet are painted and the panels lined up. Don’t forget the passenger airbag has still got to be stained. I bet you won’t be in a rush to buy another one of those lol. Don’t forget that sensor wire on the front bumper and my advice is to heat shrink it after to keep the water out. Can’t wait for your next instalment. Your body panel guy down the road deserves some recognition too. 🤗👍
@@Magnet.M.A.D Cheers Roger, actually collecting the bonnet and bumper today so I’m looking forward to seeing them! Managed to do most of the panel adjustments myself the other day including the crashbar, so it’s getting there! Will assemble the car tomorrow then it’s off to the auto electrician on Tuesday - they think there’s an issue with the VSI and it needs resetting. Hopefully done for my sister’s wedding at the end of the month!
That sounds good then Al. I can’t wait to see it all done. Just to see the car all back to looking it’s former glory will be nice. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you mate that it’s all done in time for your sisters wedding. Stay positive ( not easy ) and I’m sure you’ll come through for her 🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍
Thank you! The finalé is nearly filmed now ready for editing into a long episode! Depends what you want the car for - if you’re planning on keeping it, then you can get a CAT-S Cali T for that budget. But if you think you’ll sell the car in near future, I would try and steer clear of structurally damaged cars as they can be quite hard to sell! Thanks for watching
Making progress… glad your buddy is helping with the paint… will be a great car when finally complete!
Thanks Joseph, couldn’t agree more. Final stages now!
