Hi Christopher Atonga, have you check the battery? Is it properly installed? To check if the remote is functioning, try to use a phones camera and point remote to the camera. What if there's no sound? Because at first its perfectly fine but after 2 days of using it, the sound is on and off until no sound at all. Can you please help me?
