- This is another unboxing video. This time its a Skyworth 55-Inch Android TV. We will put on its base stand so we can turn it on, setup the wireless network, connect to Google and watch some previews on Netflix and videos on You Tube.
It's a nice smart TV with Android 10 operating system.

I have the 50" tv version of this model in my room, and i am loving it so far. netflix especially with supported 4k hdr+ looks amazing and my docked switch on this tv looks so vivid and colourful. hopefully it'll last for a while😆

This is exactly the Kodak tv configuration and identical remote. Only change I see is brand logo.....😁
Thank you for sharing, Raj Bala. Yes, the TV design and configuration for Kodak Android TV 55CA0909 and the featured Skyworth Android TV in this video are identical including the remote control. The difference is in the CPU technology. Kodak has the MediaTek CA 53 Quad Core while Skyworth has the Chameleon Extreme 2.0 Quad Core chipset.
@@gardscoin Chameleon Extreme 2.0 is the picture engine and not the CPU I think. What about this TV after one year of use. In particular, does it have enough brightness to watch night scenes in movies ? I hate when theres a lack of detail in dark scenes where it is impossible to see the entire face of the actors....

I'm glad you like this video. The SUC9300 series Skyworth Android TV is not (yet) available in the Philippine market. It was launched last November 2020 as part of Skyworth 2021 product launch in South Africa. It still has the Android Q or Android 10 that the 55SUC7300 has in this video. 4K HDR 10 Smart TV, Direct LED, display resolution 3840X2160, Dolby Digital, DTS Studio sound, Wi-fi and bi-directional bluetooth 5.0 for wireless connectivity, ethernet, HDMI and USB ports for wired connectivity, 2GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. How do l deal with blurry on my screen skyworth tv
I have the choice between the 50C635 TCL Qled TV and the Skyworth 50SUE9500 Qled TV. Which one should I chose knowing that there are no reviews of the skyworth nor unboxing video on the net.
My biggest fear is being unable of watching nightscenes in movies because of lack of detail (better known as black crush effect). I hate when it is nearly impossible to see the entire face of actors in such dark scenes...

Yes, it is still working just like the first day I bought it. No problems yet. The remote is still in good condition though I admit that I dropped it a few times accidentally. :-)

Hello po, I hope I'm not too late. I also encountered this problem before and I looked it up online. What I found and did is I simply uninstalled the app updates; after that, it went back to working fine.
How to uninstall updates:
(1) Settings
(2) Apps
(3) See all apps
(4) Show system apps
(5) (find) Google Play services
(6) Uninstall updates

What is the best smart screen for? ps4 400 dollars max
I would suggest Skyworth below 50" model which will just be around USD400. It may not be the best (some may argue) but with your price range, it's worth the buck.

Hi, Eric. Para sa sagot sa iyong katanungan, no need to setup again the Wifi connection of your Android TV when you turn it ON again. The Android TV will automatically remember/save your WIFI connection setup including your password even if you turn it off and it will reconnect again to your WIFI once it turns on.

I am sorry to hear that but I did not change any of the TV settings when I bought It from the store. I just occassionally change the Sound mode from Standard to Music or to Movie. I hope this helps.

TCL P717 or TCL P715 (only available in SM appliance stores) have almost the same design as that of the Skyworth Android TV featured in this video. The difference starts on the hands-free voice control which means you do not need the remote control to use the Google assistant. It only has Android 9.0 or Pie. Atmospheric Micro Dimming, 4K upscaling and MagiConnect app. Difference in hardware are 16GB ROM, 2x9.5W, No DTS and power is 125W.

Hi Shamira, please go to Menu, (More) TV, Channels then set TV Tune Mode set to "Cable" if you are going to scan for Cable channels or set it to "Antenna" if you are going to scan for local (public) channels. The TV Tuning Type should be set to "Auto" then click OK or choose to Scan. These steps could be different from your TV setup but you'll see some similarity and what needs to be done. I hope this helps. :-)

Nangyri din sakin yan. Nareset ko lng factory reset naging ok naman na di na bumalik problem

Hi Ivan, parehas tayo ng cable provider. Malinaw naman sa Skyworth TV namin and cablelink channels. I would suggest that you re-scan your cable channels. Go to Menu, click on More or TV then choose Channels. Make sure the TV Tuner Mode is set to Cable and the TV Tuning Type is set to Auto then click SCAN. This maybe different in your TV setup but you get the idea.

@@shotfired1103 Yes, Cablelink din kami. Malinaw naman sa Skyworth Android TV ang Cablelink. I would suggest that you call Cablelink for assistance kung malabo pa rin ang display sa iyong TV.

I really would not recommend to format your external HDD. One of the reason I found out why your eHDD will not be read by the Android TV is because it has a password protection during boot up. You can disable this first before you plug it in again in your Android TV.
I attached a Western Digital 1TB eHDD with NTFS file system format in the featured Skyworth Android 10 TV and it worked just fine. I can read and play my movie files without any problem.

I just got mine. But I can't see Bluetooth
Make sure you are in TV mode, click the MENU button on your remote and choose MORE or go to "TV Settings" then click on the "Remote & Accessories". You can now Add accessory via bluetooth connection. TIP: Turn on first your bluetooth accessory/device that you want to connect to your Android TV before you click on the bluetooth "Add accessory" option on your TV for a successful and faster bluetooth pairing.

Yes. Kapag may software update message ang Android TV nyo, it's recommended that you apply it. Parang katulad sa Android mobile phone mo kapag naka-receive ka ng software update message.
Sir saan ang on and off power switch nya
If you are facing the Skyworth Android TV, the manual power button is usually located at the back, bottom left. Press once to turn ON the TV and press again and hold for three seconds then release to turn OFF the Skyworth Android TV. Salamat sa iyong tanong.

@@ralphadventure5176 Hi Ralph, I tried 16GB, 32GB flash drives and even 1TB external hard drive on the Skyworth TV and I have not encountered any problem. I would suggest that you reformat your flash or external USB drive and make a fresh copy of your favorite movies in it. Or, you can open the command prompt on your windows system and type chkdsk G: /f where G is the letter of the corrupt USB drive and hit ENTER.

@@boombooga Hi, I just plug it in the USB port of the Android TV and I can access it via the Multimedia app. Pls. make sure that you do not have a password protected external hard drive as that may be the reason it could not be read by your Android TV.

P24,990 na po sa SM appliance store as of Nov. 11 but I bought this for only 20,990 during a sale last Nov. 7. Naka-sale pa rin po sya kc SRP nya is P29,990.00.

Skyworth is a chinese company and the Skyworth Android TV being sold in the Philippine market maybe made or assembled in the Philippines by Skyworth Philippines. It's like the famous filipino beer, San Miguel, that was brewed and bottled in Hong Kong by San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong will have a mark that shows it's made in Hong Kong. :-)

It's more than 7 months now and it looks good as the day I bought it. Okay naman sya. I played movies on usb thumb drive, installed wireless head phone and game pad and so far everything works fine. No issues except that I could not get more local channels using the free digital TV antenna. :-)
