I found this video worthless. Without a solution for the problem, I do not understand why you posted this video. I have same problem but I know for a fact that the batteries are charged because I took them apart and tested it. It just won't run anything, which makes no sense at all.
The battery is not charging. Solution, you have to throw it away. I thought you knew the solution. I would never buy a machine that works with a battery, that's the only problem.
Yes. If green light keeps steady ON means Batt is not taking charge. Whether is full or defective.. Batt may has Temp sensor defective ( NTC) or bad Batt cell

If I put it on charge it will keep flashing until it’s charged won’t it?
