Bandit realising the difference between a house and a home with this song playing in the background has to be right up there with the most powerful moments in TV history
So many emotions conveyed without a word spoken. Him doing the math in his head and realizing the pain he was causing to "make a better life." the anger at himself for what he almost did and then being given a chance to correct it when the sale fell through. Then, he threw the sign, symbolically taking the house off the market and choosing his families happiness. It was all beautifully done. These creators of bluey are artists.
I love that they incorporated the original theme to it. The episode really needed it😭 I thought I was seeing this when the opening credit was a bit slower than usual
Most bluey episodes are emotional, but this was a whole rollercoaster 😭 Edit: thanks for all the likes guys! Ik some people like to judge others for watching kiddy shows, but that is okay bcuz they don’t understand what it’s like to watch over a little kids or to just… try something weird and crazy out! So don’t feel that it’s not okay to watch a show that’s not meant for your age range because some things CAN be for everyone!
I was in complete shock at that moment, as there has never been a real song with lyrics in a Bluey episode before. It was just like the ending of a movie it was so powerful…
Bandit finally realized in his quest to give his family a better life, his family already _had_ a good life; and *the sign represented a “wall” between his family and happiness.* And *that* was when the sign stood no chance 😆
This is what I’m saying the beginning audio just made a rush of emotions come over. The memories. The realization that it could all be over. The feels.
This is, without question, the best episode of the show, and nothing will change my mind. By the time it got to the ending, my eyes were filling up with tears of joy. I'm not gonna spoil it, for anyone that hasn't seen it, but "The Sign" was totally worth the one year and three month wait.
i don't think i've ever seen such a powerful depiction of an emotion as the one in Bandit when ripping that sign from the ground and throwing it away. it was the moment he truly realize how big of a mistake he was about to make and he was absolutely _NOT_ going to let it happen again. episodes like Sleepytime or Dragon have broken me before, but not to the degree The Sign has. this is hands down the best episode in the show and that ending scene is one of the most emotionally powerful of any animation show period.
You know what the greatest thing is. They achieved without any dialogue. Or even it can't be topped if it has dialogue. The silence makes the whole narrative work.
@@tsukuneboyit's one of those moments where the visuals, body language and more cues work way better than words and i love that ^u^ (especially since those kinda moments are not as common in series like this, makes it all the more magical)
I see it a bit differently. And I suppose that's ok. I dont think it would have been a mistake. As someone who very soon has to make a lot of decisions that affect my own family, I think there's conflict, uncertainty, a bit of disappointment and discouragement, frustration. He's trying to do what's best for his family, and sometimes that means making a hard decision that, at the time, everyone else thinks is wrong. He was willing to go through with and Chili had his back the whole way.
This was the best ending for a major special episode of the worlds most beloved TV show. This will never not make me think about life for a moment. God bless the producers of Bluey. For real life.

I’ve officially decided that this is my favorite episode in the series its just an emotional roller coaster of ups and downs, I haven’t cried watching a show in a while.
I lost my niece a little over a month ago (she was 6 years old) she loved Bluey, in her last days in the hospital we played blue on the TV. Yesterday I saw the last episode of Bluey and when I heard this song it was impossible not to cry. Thank you for giving us this song 🙏🏼 God bless you
Your comment made me cry all over again, I have a 6 year old daughter and can’t fathom the agonizing heartache you and your sibling must feel. I’m so sorry for your loss. She will rest in yours and your families hearts forever.
I sat and watched this episode this morning with my daughter. I kind of paid attention but not that much. But at the ending, I noticed what was happening, and I turned to look at my daughter and she was completely in tears. To see her so moved, brought a tear to my eye as well, and this song was definitely a tug in the heartstrings.
The way the music crescendos at the beginning of the scene as we see the empty rooms and the Heelers saying their goodbyes, what I think pulls at our heart strings is that we (the fans) “grew up” in this house over the past few years and there’s an inherent love and familiarity to it that’s reassuring and safe. It’s been as much a character in the show as the Heelers themselves. The show could have continued in another town but it wouldn’t be the same without the house in many ways. One fellow dad who is a fan of the show said he felt it was “unrealistic” that they didn’t move forward with the sale, and sure Bluey is all about teaching us life lessons, but it’s also about finding happiness and joy in the little things…and if this silly little show about a family of cartoon dogs isnt happiness and joy…I don’t know what is! ❤
We as adults cried 35+ cried. I wonder how are kids are going to react to all this when they grow up and rewatch all these episodes. Not only will it be nostalgia but also all those emotions...man it will hit them hard
I bawled my eyes with this one. Baby Race was great, Sleepytime was also beautiful, but nothing beats this one. Especially the way she asked "Is Lila coming with us?" It hits so much harder when you've seen their friendship from the start and just how much it means to both of them.
What got to me most was hearing Bingo's desperate grunts of trying to pull off the moving sign, it was like a cry and plea for help. My heart clenched for her at that moment, I even thought Bingo would start sobbing uncontrollably and refusing to be consoled :'( Thank goodness Bluey came to the rescue to help her little sis out of a really bad spot.

My younger brother and I started watching this show around quarantine, this S tier of a show kept me and my brother together throughout the hell known as 2020. (At the time we were living in different houses) Today we watched this episode together and we were bawling our eyes out, thank you Bluey, you will always have a special place in my heart ❤️
The ending went crazy before the song starts playing scenes from the empty house and the song starts playing and turns into emotional moment the Heeler family touched our hearts of joy.
We know were all here...because of "The Sign" This episode...they fucking nailed it with this. This is the best episode finale that they have ever done! I'm so glad they keep thier house and everything worked out in the end. This is the best kids show we have ever seen in our lives! We all love you Bluey❤
This was the first cartoon since BoJack Horseman ended to make me cry. (let alone with a BoJack tier licensed song I really missed those) And The Sign was my biggest cry of the entire show it is a phenomenal episode that I'm glad I stayed up until midnight to watch even though I was so tired on my birthday. Bluey is the best cartoon I've watched in years and I really hope the teased by the producers Bluey Movie is gonna be greenlit because we're in for something special if The Sign was a test for it.
i cried a lot because bandit pur his house on sale I did just that myself I left my home to get a better life and now I regret everything and can't undo it anymore when I saw that episode it hit me right in the feels 😢 thank you bluey for reminding me how precious life can be and we shouldn't take it for granted ❤
It was around this time last year that my family and I were starting to pack up our house to get ready to move. This episode hit a little close to home. 3 out of my 5 kiddos took their first steps in that house. It was also the house I grew up in. To say it was a bit emotional is a stretch. I felt off for quite a few months in our new home. The start of the song when they are showing the heelers in their last moments before they left was really relatable. My kids were a bit upset about leaving but ready to take on a new adventure in a new house. It seems weird as a 37 yr old man to be so thankful for a children's show, but this show has brought so much joy to me and my family. Who knew a little blue dog could have such an impact in the world.
They have done an absolutely beautiful episode As they have said they’re on hiatus and some have speculated that it’s actually ending, but as Calypso said ‘We’ll wait and see”
This episode really got me feeling so many emotions, that I can almost say I will possibly relate to. This month, my dad will be asking for a raise in his job, but as his new job, means we will have to move 6 hours away from home. This episode showed how I related to Bluey, and how I don't want to move. I listened to what Calypso said in the story scene, and it made me feel a bit better. Life will never be perfect, but important to always be thankful for what you give to others, and what life gives you as blessings, and a new adventure
The ending for the sign was so emotional, wholesome and perfect🥹 The song was an perfect addition to the episode/special!💖 This has to be one of my favourite episodes of Bluey😊
This song made me cry because its so futuristic but it just clips through scenes of their empty house.... The whole episode was heart breaking. First Frisky leaving to avoid her marriage. Then the police. After that, the part where Bingo looks for the table. And then they have on, last, meal... I do think that they might have to move away and that means, Mackenzie, Chloe, Coco, Lila and all the other friends of Bluey and Bingo will be left behind. All of Bluey's childhood from birth to nearing 8 years old. 2024 is going to be a rollercoaster for Bluey as more fans come and go... We all get older but I bet this episode will last in all of our hearts with all of the emotions I felt like fear, sadness and millions of more. The music of all of the bluey episode is great but this song, oh this song is the absolute best out of its soundtrack. Meg Washington's voice to wrap up season 3 (I think its the end of season 3) is just incredible. I will burst out crying tomorrow because I live in Britain and is late to watch it than others. I can't wait to cry over the breakfast table when I hear this song. My toast will be all soggy because of a TV show, yes I know... If you have read all of this, you are a star. You will always stay with Bluey and the rest of us forever. You are on of the best people ever and I think this song is for you. Also before I end. I think this song should be called Shining. Since all of the times it mentions the word shining. Bluey will always stay within our hearts even if it come to an end one day. Its legacy will live on forever... EDIT: OMG. I just finished watching the episode. It felt wrong to cry over it. It was amazing... But the end where it just give out the credits in the sky feels like its the end of everything. But I bet it isn't. The best episode ever. Incredible
theres something about this song...like a reminder...when something in life goes wrong, you just have to keep going, and good things will come out of it. when something goes wrong, try to find the good in it.
This episode was so amazing, every minute was worth while and made me wanna jump through the screen and hug them, as a 16 yr old, I had no business crying this much at a Bluey episode😢❤❤
This episode was just so beautiful and so well done from top to bottom, and the fact that they were able to put all of this in a 28 minute episode speaks volumes to me. And this song was especially beautiful in the episode too. I’m not gonna spoil anything, so if anyone wants to watch it for themselves, go ahead.
2:30 watching this at 3am, cried through the whole episode, and then this outro comes, I WAS BAWLING MY EYES OUT. Also did anyone else cry when calypso told bluey “Everything will work out the way its supposed to.”
I love how this episode was actually serious and not a silly game because if you watch Bluey you would expect a funny episode but this was very serious that it made me cry
The Sign was, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST Bluey episode EVER MADE, BAR NONE. : , ) While this episode teaches us that NOT EVERYTHING LASTS FOREVER, but, at the same time, it also teaches us that when something bad happens, GOOD WILL come out of it, and THAT'S WHAT makes not only this episode, but the ENTIRETY of Bluey THE GREATEST SHOW EVER MADE. : , ) But, it's NOT OVER YET! : D Keep your chins up, everyone, there is still ONE MORE episode of this FANTASTIC show left! : D Surprise! : D Coming THIS SUNDAY! : D P.S. I would LOVE to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Joe Brumm AND THE ENTIRETY of Ludo Studio for creating THE GREATEST SHOW OF ALL-TIME AND bringing LOVE AND JOY to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US since 2018! Some of the blue episodes are so emotional this episode is one of my favorites I was literally shocked when bluey family was it actually going to move out
I got to admit, I was sorta torn on the ending when I first saw the episode. When I was younger, my family had to move out of our house due to the recession. We lived there for 8 years and I spent most of my childhood in that place. I desperately wished that my parents would change their minds like in all the tv shows I watched where the families decided to stay. But we just couldn't. Of course, life goes on, and this year we've finally been able to move into a permanent house. When I heard that Bluey's house was for sale, a part of me was hoping they would move. I thought it would be a good subversion of what you'd expect from this type of story. As well as a good message that everything will work out even when it's not the way we expected. I will say that I do like the way the conflict is explored. Chili is trying to remain hopeful for the girl's sake despite her resistance. Bandit just wants to make the best decision for his family. And I think that's what makes this episode work so well. Everything in this episode is about how we never know for certain how our choices can effect our lives down the line. And it's up to us to decipher what will make us happy in the long run. That's the difference between my situation and Bluey's. We didn't have a choice, but Bandit did. Bluey and her family would be ok whether or not they moved. But their choice to stay fits in with The Sign's message.
All I can say is this Bandit is the best and did the right thing I instantly cried out "THERE YOU GO!! ATTA BOY!!!" With tears coming out of my fricken eyes it was beautiful 🥺❤️❤️
The last shot before the broad view of the family - was Bandit and Chili sharing a look. Knowing that this wasn't a house - this was a home. Proving that this really isn't a show for toddlers. It's for adults. The emotions, the feelings, the themes - it's a show for parents brilliantly disguised as a kids show.
I literally try crying, because the ending was super sad, and made a great ending.....WHY CANT I CRY TO THE BLUEY SHOW!?!?!?! THE SIGN WAS BY FAR THE SADDEST EPISODE OF ALL!!!!
Whenever things seem to be getting worse and worse, I go back to watch clips of this episode and even more so to listen to this song to remind me that when something bad happens or seems like it's about to happen, bad things don't last forever.
0:06 this part of the song gave me chills. This episode does something an episodic show can barely do to me, make me think an actual massive change is gonna happen in the formula. When i first watched it, i actually wasn't sure if the heeler's would be in their house for the rest of the series 111/10 episode
I love this show so much you don’t even know. Like it started off as me just watching it with the kids to keep them calm but I genuinely enjoy watching this show. There’s so many good messages in this show and there’s so much that this show teaches these young kids without them really even realizing it. This specific episode showed the value of something taken for granted. Even though it can be replaced doesn’t mean it needs to be replaced. Money can’t buy back all the precious memories held within the walls of the house where everything happened
What. An. Episode!!! It was moment after moment of joy, tears and everything in between! Seeing Bandit rip thay sign out with a vengeance and seeing the kiddos run through the house with sheer joy got me! The definitive best episode of Bluey👏👏👏

When I watched this EP and started crying, my daughter give me a super super strong hug. Shes only 2 years 11 months. She understand at that time my tears from joy and hug me so strong.
I never thought i would cry this hard because of a Bluey episode but when this song started it really hit me in the feels dude.
When the camera started to pan through the empty play room i started to tear up 😭
@@kierand4583 I feel you so much. And also i loved the detail that when they go back in the house it literally brings the light back in.
@@NikuMecanicu I’m not sure if you noticed but when it shows Chili in the kitchen she looks down right around where Bluey took her first steps
@@kierand4583 YESSSS I DID!! That's such a nice detail!!🥹
REALLL 😭🤚 THIS EPISODE HAD ME IN TEARS ISTG.
We know were all here...because of "The Sign"
This episode...they fucking nailed it with this. This is the best episode finale that they have ever done! I'm so glad they keep thier house and everything worked out in the end. This is the best kids show we have ever seen in our lives!
We all love you Bluey❤
This is the best show period haha
@@louieginsburg3672 not peppa pig or caillou can't even beat Bluey!
@@GarciaGamer1000 I can’t stand peppa haha
@@louieginsburg3672 it's caillou I can't stand, even his parents too
XAVIER 13 + 14 = 26
When Bandit ripped the For Sale sign from the ground
That was chefs kiss
I usually cry at most emotional bluey episodes but this one made me *BAWL* this show is too good
Bandit Heeler: greatest Dad of all time! His rage and catharsis at the end were so damn powerful.
What a voice Megan Washington has, and in the context of the episode really emotional 😢
GOD THIS SHOW IS AMAZING
Fun Fact: The voice of Calypso is singing the song.
SIMPLYCHRis why you have no comment only me :(
Hello ❤😊🎉
They have done an absolutely beautiful episode
As they have said they’re on hiatus and some have speculated that it’s actually ending, but as Calypso said ‘We’ll wait and see”
I think it’s just the beginning…it better be hahaha
There will be a 3rd EP for this house moving saga on 21st. They release it weekly
The way chilli hugged bandit made me cry even harder ❤️🩹
This episode really got me feeling so many emotions, that I can almost say I will possibly relate to. This month, my dad will be asking for a raise in his job, but as his new job, means we will have to move 6 hours away from home. This episode showed how I related to Bluey, and how I don't want to move.
I listened to what Calypso said in the story scene, and it made me feel a bit better. Life will never be perfect, but important to always be thankful for what you give to others, and what life gives you as blessings, and a new adventure
The ending for the sign was so emotional, wholesome and perfect🥹
The song was an perfect addition to the episode/special!💖 This has to be one of my favourite episodes of Bluey😊
Incredible
damn this comment made me feel something too
The fact that just this song alone can make me cry because of the memories of the episode, Bluey is probably the best show I’ve ever seen
Everytime I watch this episode I start crying as soon they got to the part of the song ! Bluey has been the greatest show on earth !
theres something about this song...like a reminder...when something in life goes wrong, you just have to keep going, and good things will come out of it. when something goes wrong, try to find the good in it.
I just finished it and, like always, I'm crying like a baby 😭
Your not the only who feels like crying 😭😭😭😭😭😭
If this was known as the very last episode, I would've absolutely lost it. Grahhh, the emotional roller coaster!
This episode was so amazing, every minute was worth while and made me wanna jump through the screen and hug them, as a 16 yr old, I had no business crying this much at a Bluey episode😢❤❤
The fact that the voice actor of Calypso and that she told Bluey everything was going to work out just makes the song better.
It's her song
can't get over this song.... so emotional 🥲❤️
The Sign was the best due to the Wedding but yet emotional due to the move it was an emotional rollercoaster. 😢😭
Best episode ever.
The way Chili tackles Bandit on the word "shatter" 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I didn't think they could ever top "sleepy time" but here we are, sobbing, not just tears, sobbing!
M 41 father of 3
Out of all the emotional moments in bluey, this one actually surpassed all of them.
ive watched this episode 4 times already and i sobbed every single time
I love how this episode was actually serious and not a silly game because if you watch Bluey you would expect a funny episode but this was very serious that it made me cry
Once this song came on I fucking bawled. STOP THIS MADNESS
The Sign was, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST Bluey episode EVER MADE, BAR NONE. : , )
While this episode teaches us that NOT EVERYTHING LASTS FOREVER, but, at the same time, it also teaches us that when something bad happens, GOOD WILL come out of it, and THAT'S WHAT makes not only this episode, but the ENTIRETY of Bluey THE GREATEST SHOW EVER MADE. : , )
But, it's NOT OVER YET! : D
Keep your chins up, everyone, there is still ONE MORE episode of this FANTASTIC show left! : D
Surprise! : D
Coming THIS SUNDAY! : D
P.S. I would LOVE to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Joe Brumm AND THE ENTIRETY of Ludo Studio for creating THE GREATEST SHOW OF ALL-TIME AND bringing LOVE AND JOY to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US since 2018! Definitely the most emotional song in a great episode like The Sign 😭
Oh man this episode was emotional roller coaster 😢 and this song is really amazing
one of the most episodes of bluey that had made me cry 😭especially the final melody the intro but slowed it just sounds so pretty and it’s beautiful
Just watched The Sign with my little brother. I could feel the lump in my throat as I started welling up 😭
Some of the blue episodes are so emotional this episode is one of my favorites
I was literally shocked when bluey family was it actually going to move out
I got to admit, I was sorta torn on the ending when I first saw the episode.
All I can say is this
Bandit is the best and did the right thing
I instantly cried out
"THERE YOU GO!! ATTA BOY!!!"
With tears coming out of my fricken eyes it was beautiful 🥺❤️❤️
I haven’t cry this long since the owl house ending
What a beautiful episode, if this episode is the last, I won’t be mad to be honest
I know the feeling of sitting in an empty room before a move this ep broke me 😭😭😭🙏
Saw it at least 10 times with my daughter. Works like therapy and tear comes into my eyes every time in this part. Thanks Bluey Team.
When this started playing my eyebrows went straight up, I could tell I was about to enjoy what I saw
When i first watched it, i actually wasn't sure if the heeler's would be in their house for the rest of the series
111/10 episode
Yeah! I got Goosebumps when I first heard well I still get goosebumps when I hear it 😂❤
I've been watching bluey since my daughter was 7 months and now she be Turning 2 this year oh my god this song I can't 😭🤧❤
To me this song is about loving someone who's passed on. It's beautiful and haunting and incredibly accurate. Thanks Meg ❤
At 1:37 is when I burst into tears. It was just so subtle and so beautiful. There’s nothing better than Bluey. I will die believing that.
I haven't cried from a show in a while and this did it for me 😢
Yes, Mom, a kid show made me cry. 😒 ( 1:37)
BEST TRACK OF THE WHOLE SERIES, HANDS DOWN
What. An. Episode!!! It was moment after moment of joy, tears and everything in between! Seeing Bandit rip thay sign out with a vengeance and seeing the kiddos run through the house with sheer joy got me! The definitive best episode of Bluey👏👏👏
This whole episode. I can’t with it I was loosing my mind crying with this episode and even this song makes me bawl because I can visualise the episode
every time i watch the sign i think "hey im holding it together actually" and then the beginning instrumental kicks in and i start crying
When I watched this EP and started crying, my daughter give me a super super strong hug. Shes only 2 years 11 months. She understand at that time my tears from joy and hug me so strong. She loves bluey and everytime we sing the opening theme and make the dance.
She gonna make 3 and I thanks god to be here to see the big evolution called life.
Catarina minha filha papai ama você.
Thank you Ludo Studios to make a such perfect masterpiece. I learned so much about love watching Bluey with my daughter.
This EP and this song makes me realize I will do everything for my family without think it.
who is still watching this on disney+ and crying on may 😢
👇
I was literally thinking "I swear if they start playing an emotional song that gets me sobbing near the end of the episode" AND THEN THIS SONG STARTED PLAYING I WAS LIKE OH OK THEN 😭😭
The episode was so emotional, it actually made me cry 😭🩷! That was the best Bluey episode!!!💎
This episode made me cry. We need more shows out there like Bluey.
I can’t believe this episode got me crying on the floor like a baby. I thought I could get through this without crying but no, I cried like a baby this episode was so emotional
