lemme tell you as a season two player you can do all the tweaks in the world, have the fastest fiber internet with 10+gigs up and down and a 5k pc/ insane monitor but your game will never feel as smooth as somebody who literally lives near a server and plays on kbm.
The High and ultra Performance plan are soooo useless because your CPU runs anytime at max GHz. Example: 3.2 ghz base and 5 GHz boost. The CPU runs anytime on 5 GHz. Have fun with your electic Bill. On Balanced takes your PC what he needs. I dont know what the ultra Performance plan also does but same shit as high Performance plan.

I know the bios should be updated to support it. Or would it be a better idea to just change the graphics card. Like a rtx 3060 ventus 12gb vram and the power supply. That is a 550 at the moment, to have a better gameplay. Then upgrade the cpu later on, when I will upgrade the motherboard. Cause it's running around 30% to 50% wille running a game when streaming. Where the gpu is running full speed. What would be the best to do? I'm on a low budget! My own guessing would be the gpu and power supply. And the cpu and motherboard later on. As the cpu isn't in high usage, but maybe that changes with the gpu. That's why I'm asking, cause I don't know allot about it just a little bit. I appreciate any help!
