Healthy weight loss rate is about 0.5 to 1kg a week. Thats about 1 to 2 pounds a week
Losing weight fast will do some funky things to your blood pressure and heart and not in a good way. Slow and steady does it.
That kind of rapid weight loss is usually due to unhealthy factors (when i was pregnant, i lost 30 pounds in a month due to nausea).
