    I did fun2drive too! Seeing you take that bus and walk up that hill brought back memories. Such a great experience. A little expensive but once in a lifetime.

      Completely agree, it's a little expensive but for a first time around it really is amazing and a nice introduction to the touge roads. I would love to go up them roads on my own with my own car and not worry about the costs at all lol

      Mr GCC interesting that they said you can’t take pictures in the car, they said it’s fine for me to use the camera in car (this was a year ago). Maybe they’ve had accidents but it would be cool if they shared dashcam footage

      Yeah they actually said it was because of accidents and then the footage being used against them I believe... voided insurance is what they told us. Not sure how it works but I didnt want to take the Micky.
      Honestly the last touge section was absolutely perfect. We were all flat out right behind each other. Even the lead instructor couldnt get away and the level of synergy between us all was amazing... wish I could have just had that footage but no luck... 💔
      I even said how I have seen so much on TH-cam of footage etc but yeah... what can I do. Until next time 😅
      Have you been Japan again? Was that your first time?

      @@mrgcc That's amazing, I only did the short comparative drive at the Hakone Skyline, your footage of the touge looks really great though . I drove the NA1 NSX and the F355, the first was fantastic but the Ferrari really was a treat. This guy from Hong Kong as the instructor, don't remember his name but it was initials like CJ or CY? The staff were all great. No plans to go back yet, learning the language though!

      @@mrgcc looking to do this in the near future. Did you have much opportunity to open the cars up and enjoy them on the mountain roads?

    Your a proper best motoring fan haha. I still remember that race between his ae86 170bhp vs a stock r34. That rx7 looked sexy as fuck in that colour

      I really am, those were the days of some epic fun races before TH-cam even started

    bro be honest can you sometimes step a bit on the gas?😂 i don’t necessarily mean speeding but just some fast accelerating😅

    • @mrgcc
      @mrgcc  ปีที่แล้ว

      bro, you get to do it a lot later on in the stages.
      But it comes down to the person who you are following, if he feels like you can be trusted then he will set the pace, simply put. The last stage was mental, we all have skylines so very used to our cars. So when we hit the last stage we were all flat out (including the guide) and lets just say he said and I quote "I have never ever done it like that before, that was amazing" 😂

      @@mrgcc i’m much younger than you so you might def be the better driver but i just asked because i heard the speed limits in japan are very low and the police is very harsh

    Many thanks

    • @mrgcc
      @mrgcc  ปีที่แล้ว

      What did they charge you for mate?
      We had the rental
      The tolls
      And then fuel to pay for.
