Mozart's requiem is better, and more sublime. but clearly some of his requiem borders on plagiarism of M. Haydn's. Especially the Requiem Aeternam.
I don't usually compare the two. Each possesses its unique nuance-beautiful and yet powerful enough to immerse me in a sublime feeling.
