- This Orktober we scratchbuild / kitbash an ork stompa out of kids toys, trash, and a tractor - and then delve into a riveting madness. A humble beginning for the scariest ork titan in the Warhammer 40k universe.

This video was... riveting.
We've all felt the rivet-madness. In order to break it, I like to remind myself every few minutes that I am going to have to paint, highlight and wash the entire area around each of these little things. Suddenly, I go from eight rivets/steel plate to four.

Thanks for the tip about the Diamond Dots from Joanne's Fabrics. I will have to get some of those. However, I don't want to put 2000 of them on anything, but you never know what can happen... Like being snowed in at a gigantic mountain hotel that's closed for the winter. I mean, I could try writing a novel, or maybe have a drink at the bar with my new (and slightly translucent) friends, or just put rivet after rivet over everything and everyone. Any of these activities will surely help to quiet down that pesky talking axe. I hope.
You made the right decision to use part of the old toolbox to fill out the body on your Ork vehicle. That made a huge difference. I can't wait to see how it will look after painting.

8:52 I have about a dozen of those, they come from a specific brand of Ramune, but I can't remember which. I keep them around in case I ever need a washer spacer for literally whatever reason. LOTS of good junk from those bottles, btw!

The thing is after you have spray panted it and added some fine detail like naughty grots scampering over it with wrenches it will look perfect. haha. Great idea for ork tomfoolery.
It's so crazy looking right now, but one coat of primer will make it all OK. LOL. Loving the sheer mass of this roller. Can't wait to see it painted!

This is a really roundabout way to advertise the Angry Birds Star Wars toy
Hey uhm, for the rivets an easier and cheaper than the beeswax applicator would be the tip of a fresh xacto hobby blade, or another idea maybe a tiny bit of poster tack on the end of a pen/pencil/pointy-stick thing

I see you have a massive jar of super glue. How do you stop that thing from going solid and drying out. Any super glue I have purchased ends up in the bin after a month or two of no use.
Two tricks here, get a bottle that contains multiple lids, the starbond brand 4 ounce comes with 3 per bottle. And then just deal with it and pour it on like ketchup when you inevitably go through them all =]

very nice stuff ! But it was 2 month ago... It's just a suggestion and I'm maybe in the wrong but, wouldn't it be more interesting for you and your subs to divide a big creation like this into 2 or 3 videos (bottom, body, arms...) ? This way you could have more regularity without turning mad
