The Japanese girls were seriously underscored on their 2nd dive. It was equally as good as the Chinese and Malaysian 1st dives.
I felt like the Japanese score was bc one of the divers always seem to be a few sec ahead. I mean it literally is evident
I watched several times and Japan was fairly scored. They are not as good as China or Malaysia, even worse than PRK.

come back after disappointment in FINA diving cup 2021, sad to see Malaysia performance is taking a backstep.
This Chinese pair is good but compared to the most recent Olympics Champions. I think they are a bit off. I recently watched Chen Yuxi and Quan Hongchan performed synchro. That 2 were perfect and they didn't make splashes. Plus that they were so synchronized and I wondered if they were machines.

diving, i imagine it's a hard to start doing this sport, at least in the States. I have only once seen diving platforms. Oddly, my HS in Central Cali had them all, springboards, 5m, 7m, 10m. Only spot Ive seen. Probably some universities.
