    I overstretched in the second hip stretch, it felt great in the moment but the next day my whole knee area was stiff and sore. A week later an MRI confirm a stretched ACL (to almost breaking point) and a microfracture in the inner tibia bone. Be careful folks! Don't over stretch.

    People think waking up and stretching you limbs for 5 seconds from your bed is all you need for stretching but to get a good stretch you need to stay in that stretching position for at least 15 seconds

    I don’t know why but when I try to do the shoulder stretch on the bed I get a sharp pain in the top of my shoulders ...closest to me neck ..y is that??
