    Thank you so much for this video! I just got the airsense 10 and have been struggling with it but you have touched all the bases where I’ve been struggling!

    Thank you, my friend you have given me, all that I'd forgotten from the hospital.
    I have program my CPAP to your directions and look forward to trying it out to night after many weeks of not using the thing.

    I just got my machine today, and just want to know can I just put on the mask and turn on the machine ? It’s supposed to already be set up for me

    • @RespShop

      Yes! The machine should have been pre-programmed to your setting based on your prescription. If you run into any trouble, please give us a call at 866-936-3754. We would be happy to help!

    Resmed says to use "Pillows" setting for masks such as the F40.

      @diegopaz8204 you are not supposed to sleep with your mouth open when using CPAP. Then you are losing all the,air that the machine is giving you. If you are sleeping with your mouth open then you may need a full mask.

    Is air supposed to escape from tubing?

    • @RespShop
      @RespShop  5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      No... not from the tube. It might have a leak. Give us a call, and we can help get that fixed! 866-936-3754.

      @RespShop it's from the nose part that swivels. That's where the air escapes

      Got it. Have you tried tightening down the straps?

    I just started using my AirSense 10 with a new mask- a ResMed AirFit N20. The N20 hose has a vent, and now I'm getting the red frowny face in the morning as if the mask itself is leaking. It's not. Are the mask and CPAP incompatible?

    • @RespShop
      @RespShop  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The N20 is compatible with the AirSense 10 (the AirSense 10 works with all CPAP masks). It could be that some mask connections are loose - have you checked to see if the short tubing with the quick disconnect elbow is firmly connected to the front of your N20? It should click in.

    Ok compliance says 21 days consecutively. What if I use 14days and skip days and come back and use 7 more days will that count as 21 Days ?

      This would be a question for your physician or insurance.

    I have the nasal mask and have the humidifier up full but the air around my nose is very cold and uncomfortable. I think frostbite is setting in lol

      Now that winter is creeping in, it could be worthwhile to look into our heated tubing!

    I have yet to find anyone to talk about cleaning your mask or when to replace parts or what to do when you wake up like storage… where can I find this info?

      Hello, here is our page for the different supplies to help clean your mask. On this page is also a TH-cam video to help with the cleaning process 👍 www.respshop.com/cpap-supplies/comfort-cleaning/?srsltid=AfmBOopPmX5uAcELP-XzX1EiwKHHN8_PGciRsHJlvwlPIqOCHL13YWaE

    Nice tutorial, but the display screen on the machine is blurry, out of focus. Makes it difficult to read machine's display.

    Why do I wake up with a dry mouth and a headache?

    • @RespShop
      @RespShop  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Your mask probably isn't fitting well and your pressure may need some adjusting too. We suggest adjusting your mask for a better seal first. It's hard to get used to the therapy pressure when your mask is leaking. Here's a video on how to prevent mask leaks: th-cam.com/video/01p2nb9_pps/w-d-xo.html
      Hope this helps!
